I smiled and ran my hands over his muscled back, tugging on his shirt to release it from the waist of his trousers. “I think everyone learned a lesson, though, don’t you think? The festivities were much more reasonable this year.”

“They were,” he mumbled before nipping at my earlobe.

“No buses with Daddy Will groupies this time,” I commented.

Will straightened and frowned. “I should hope not.”

“You know what I was thinking about the other day?” I asked.

“Ah… no?” Will looked confused now, and I bit the inside of my cheek to stop a smile.

“That bingo card.”

“The bingo card?”

“You remember.” I stepped away to retrieve my phone from where I’d left it in the bedside drawer all night, then sat on the edge of the mattress while I scrolled through to the graphic saved in my camera roll. I flashed the screen at Will. “See?”

“Do we have to talk about this now?” he asked with a sigh. He dropped to his knees and plucked the phone from my hand, then set it aside. “It’s our wedding night.”

“I know.”

Will kissed me, tilting my body back until I was flat on the bed. Then, he scooped up the layers of lace and tulle that were my wedding gown and disappeared underneath.

I giggled at the shape of his head popping up under the fabric. “Mrs Kidd! You’re not wearing any underwear.”

I giggled and opened my legs wider. “Surprise.”

“Thank fuck I didn’t know about this earlier.” Will lifted my feet and set them on his shoulder. “I’d have been hard all day.”

I moaned as he kissed the inside of one ankle, then the other. I could take one little orgasm before I told him, couldn’t I?

Actually, no. I didn’t think I could.

I ignored the coils of anticipation curling in my core and reached for my phone. Will caressed my calves as he worked his way north with warm kisses and lazy swirls of his tongue, and I breathed evenly as I swiped to open the screen and read aloud.

“Items number one and two. Slip him your number. Get his number.” I snorted quietly. “I’ve had your number since we were thirteen. I crossed them off straightaway.”

He hummed against the inside of my knees, and I ignored the throb between my thighs with some effort.

“Five-minute kiss,” I said as my breath came a little faster. “The one at my first baby yoga class. Check. Hand job. Blow job. Marked those off a year ago, too. Quickie at The Stop. Do you remember that, babe?”

His head popped up, and I yanked at the fabric of my dress so I could see his face. His grin was cute and boyish. “Hell, yeah. That was fucking hot.”

I shivered, remembering the way he’d poured tequila straight from the bottle down my throat and the way he’d licked it from my chin. “It was.”

“Did it make your flick list?” he teased.

A laugh escaped me. “It’s at the top.” I glanced at my phone, even though I’d memorised every square on the pink grid. “Panties on your pillow. I did that, too.”

Will massaged my inner thighs, his thumbs brushing tantalisingly close to my pussy, but he was invested in the bingo card now. “So that’s what that was about. I didn’t connect the dots at the time.”

“Had to show your groupies who you belonged to, didn’t I?”

“I suppose you did.” He pulled me into a seated position and kissed me before checking my phone again. “Only leaves one square to go. Knocked up with baby number two.” Will grinned, but his eyes pinched a little as his hands rubbed my arms anxiously. “What do you think about that? I know we haven’t talked about when we’ll have more kids or how many, but… I’m ready. I’d have a hundred kids with you if you’d let me.”

I chuckled and snaked my arms around his neck. “Let’s start with one, shall we?”

Behind his head, I added the final cross to the bingo card, then held the phone where Will could see the screen. His mouth twitched as his forehead creased.
