Ding. Dong.

“Fuck!” I fall over the edge, knowing it’s now or never. Somehow that makes me come twice as hard.

I fall back against my pillow, and my eyes shoot wide open. Who the fuck is here at this hour? Wait, what do I mean this hour? Who the fuck is here in general?

I jump out of bed and practically crawl over to the peephole so the person on the other side doesn’t know I’m home.Declan? What the fuck?

I pull the door open, not caring that I’m one hundred percent unpresentable right now. “What are you doing here?” I ask, but it comes out breathless.

He gives me a confused look. “It’s Thursday?”

A throat clears behind Declan. I was too distracted by Declan being here that I didn’t even notice his friend standing beside him.

Declan turns to face his friend and back to me. “Addison, this is my friend, Garren. Garren, this is my girlfriend, Addy.” He gives me a once over. “She doesn’t usually come to the door looking like this,” he mocks.

I open my eyes wide, realizing what I must look like. I’m too embarrassed to question him any more right now. I need to get some clothes on and get this thing off my face. “Come in. Sorry, I got mixed up and wasn’t expecting you.”

Garren looks concerned. “Sorry, we don’t mean to intrude.”

Declan blows him off, pushing his way inside. “Psh, we’re not intruding.”

I roll my eyes and nod at Declan. “There’s wine in the fridge. You know where the glasses are. I’m going to get dressed.”

I wash my face off and head into my bedroom to put on some clothes. Declan walks in the room as I’m pulling a sweater over my head. He grabs my hip and pulls me in close, leaning down and placing a kiss on my lips.

I smile at him but then cock an eyebrow. “Girlfriend?”

He smirks. “For now.”

“Declan.”

He rolls his eyes, stepping away from me. “I know. I know. I forgot. You mean nothing to me. Who knows if I’ll ever even see you after today. No promises.”

He takes a few steps to the side when his eyes zero in on my vibrator on my nightstand. His eyes flick to mine, and his grin is devastatingly sexy. His eyebrows shoot up.

“Why weren’t you expecting us?”

I glance down at the ground. “I thought you were hanging out with your friend. That’s what you said to me.”

“Aw,” he teases. “Did you miss me?”

I narrow my eyes and fold my arms over my chest. “Don’t patronize me.”

He grins. “I’m not.”

“Yes, you are.”

He steps forward, reaching out and grabbing my arms. “I’m sorry, baby. How can I unpatronize the situation?”

I pout. “Why?”

He kisses the end of my nose. “Because I would like to sleep with you again.”

I laugh against his chest. “You’re such a dick.”

He squeezes my back, placing a kiss against my forehead. “So are you.”

I give him a bratty face. “I guess we’re made for each other then.”
