“If I’m picturing her, there’s no way I couldn’t.”

I pause to clear my throat, taking in what she said. “You are supposed to be distracting me from her. I don’t need you encouraging me in my delusions.”
“Sorry,” she laughs, lightening the mood again. “I’m in an off limits type of situation right now myself.”
I’m sure she’s only saying that, but I can’t tell for sure. “Is that so?”
“I’m sure you could help me move past him though. Maybe I could think about you when I play with my cunt instead of him.”
“Jesus Christ!” I cover my eyes with my forearm and exhale a laugh. “You’re still gathering information. I’ll bite. How much do you know now? You have a list of every one of my deepest, darkest desires?”
“There’s a reason we get so many referrals, Mr. Smith. You’ll learn soon enough.”
There’s a buzz, letting me know there’s only five minutes left on the call. I’m going to touch myself when I hang up. I know that, but I’m not letting her know that. Not yet.
