She shakes her head. “What’s done is done. But you should know, if you ever do anything like you did at Dirty Diamonds again, to Zoe, or anyone, I will help them gut you. I will make it drag out for days.”
And with that, she taps my cheek before turning her back on me and walking away.

“Youfuckingbitch,”Sashaseethes the second Grayson and Mama C disappear through the doors. “This was your plan all along, wasn’t it?”
I instinctively take a step back, blown away by her anger. “W-what?”
“Don’t fucking play dumb with us, blondie,” Rose hisses.
As I look around, I notice the Cruz Cunts circling me, slowly closing in. I know they’re about to pounce, I can feel it in their hateful glares.
“What do you get out of it?” Beth asks.
“Stop it!” Alana screams as she pushes through the women circling me. “Stop it right fucking now. Mama got banished for protecting Zo. We have to honor what she tried to do.”
Rhiannon laughs scathingly. “You would say that, wouldn’t you? But how do we know you’re really one of us, Alana?”
My friend stiffens and turns to face the Cunt calling her out. “Don’t be a coward, Rhi-Rhi. Why don’t you come out and say what you really mean?” Alana sneers.
“This isn’t about her,” Sasha says. Her eyes dart between Alana and Rhiannon. Her brows furrow like she’s wrestling with a decision. “It’s about the fucking princess that’s ruiningourhome.”
“The hell I am,” I snarl, not backing down. I ball my hands into fists to stop them from shaking with the anger I want to release on all of them. “I never even wanted to be here, and I’ve made that clear from the fucking beginning.”
“So why don’t you just fuck off?” one of the Cunts calls out, smiling like she thinks her comment was clever.
Poor girl, if that’s all it takes to impress her, she’s well and truly not worth my time. So instead of acknowledging the uninspired comment, I turn my back on her, pinning the rest with my frosty glare.
“That’s enough,” I say.
Instead of shouting like them, I keep my tone at a normal decibel. This isn’t a screaming match, and I refuse to let it become one. That’s too far beneath me. Besides, I’ve dealt with worse. These Cunts might think they’re all that, sadly they’re not. They’re just like any other pack of animals, trying to pick on who they perceive to be the weakest at the waterhole.
But I’m not fucking weak, and it’s time they learn to show me some motherfucking respect.
“Are you so fucking dumb you don’t even remember what just transpired? Mama C tried to get rid of me, and what happened?”
“She got banished for you,” Rhiannon spits.
I carry on, ignoring her interruption. “Grayson brought me back, probably on Rocco’s fucking orders. I didn’t come back on my own, and I sure as fuck don’t want to be here anymore than you want me here.”
“Lies,” Rose snaps. “We all fucking heard Gray get you off in the supply closet. You’re not suffering as much as you think you are, Princess.”
I scoff. “Yeah, your simple mind would think that. Am I an idiot for making the best of a shitty situation? Maybe. But you’re even less intelligent than I thought if you think I can’t see your envy.”
“W-what?” she sputters outraged, crossing her arms over her ample chest. “You think I want—”
Holding my hand up, I interrupt her. “I don’tthinkanything, Rose. I fuckingknowit. And I don’t care how much you want Grayson. Take it up with him if you must, but don’t you fucking dare insinuate Iwantto be here.”
Before anyone can even think to retort, Gunner’s angry voice booms from behind me. “That’s enough.”
Craning my neck, I watch him walk closer. With each step he takes, the Cunts retreat. All but Alana.
“This isn’t Zoe’s fault,” he growls. “I showed the video to our Prez and VP, so if you want to blame anyone, go right the fuck ahead and blame me.”
