He picks up speed and I squeeze my eyes shut, white lights dancing across the back of my lids. My body builds and builds toward my release. Everything Harrison does to my body gets me so much closer to that orgasm.

“Harrison, oh my god,” I yell out, his size and speed hitting my body just right that I can’t get enough.

I’m so close.

Soclose.

I can tell he must be as well because his grip tightens on my ass as he plunges deeper inside me. He’s hammering me really good now, and my orgasm crashes over me in wave after delicious wave.

“I’m coming,” he shouts out, his eyes never leaving mine.

I love this man. I really do.

Chapter 18

Harrison

“That smile seems to be a permanent fixture on your face,” Bren says, grabbing a cup.

“That’s what happens when you’re in love,” I whisper, tossing her a wink.

She laughs, frothing the foam. “I knew it. It was obvious that first day she hid behind this counter.”

I head back to my office thinking about how she’s not wrong. From the moment I caught my little spy trying to steal my secrets, there was just something that drew me to February.

It’s been almost two weeks since I was deep inside her when she finally let me in completely, admitting she was falling for me. We’ve spent every moment together since. If she’s not waking up in my bed, I’m waking up in hers. I’ve memorized every detail of her body, and she’s explored every inch of mine. We laugh, wecook, we share stories, and we dream.

I’ve never been so happy.

She’s the missing piece of my heart that I didn’t even realize I was looking for.

Today she’s busy trying to figure out what the future of her shop holds, while I’m working on getting more musicians booked at Mug Life.

The competition for the best latte will be announced later today and I’ve never wished so hard to lose something.

Failure has always been something I couldn’t accept, but I want February to win this. Losing to her wouldn’t feel like a failure, it would feel like a success.

Her success.

Which is something I want so badly for her.

I have everything I need. This coffee shop may not be my dream, but the musical aspect of it is. And it led me to February. I don’t need anything more.

I have the girl of my dreams; the rest is just extra.

“Hey, Harrison, sorry to bother you,” Bren says, stepping into my office.

“No worries. What’s up?”

“Petra is here. She wants to talk to you about making the big announcement later.”

I nod and leave all the names of potential musicians on my desk.

When I walk out, Petra is laughing with Tony. That kid flirts with everyone.

I grin as I step up to them. “Hey, Petra, what’s going on?”

She reaches over the counter and rests her hand on Tony’s forearm. “You’re just too cute, Tony.”
