“Put a finger inside you Millie. Let me see you.”

I want to watch him when I do, lifting my head up and my gaze lands on him, touching himself, stroking himself a little harder. His eyes filled with the same desire as mine. The air around us crackles with tension. Without moving my gaze, I slide my finger in, moving it slowly in and out, feeling myself getting higher, and just how this makes me feel. My emotions hit me all at once but I hold them back; I wanted to give him this…this moment. I add another finger, needing more when he stands up and walks towards me.

“No…that’s my job.” He kneels down in front of me, removing my hand and replacing it with his, his fingers sliding into me, his other hand coming to the back of my head. Kissing me with such force it’s overwhelming; a tear slips down my cheek when I can’t hold back my feelings anymore. He takes me higher, moving his fingers in and out faster, bringing me closer and closer to exploding around his fingers. He leans me back, moving an arm around my waist and edging me back up the bed.

“I love you Millie,” he says as he removes his fingers and slides his full hard length into me.

“Oh god! Yes!” I scream, “Jack!”

I all but combust around him; my emotions are so raw another tear slips down my cheeks as he slowly makes love to me. Kissing me tenderly, letting my hands roam his back, while I hold on to him. This is something else, this feeling—his eyes on me, watching me. It’s beautiful. And I know my heart is his, so I let go with my orgasm taking over as he thrusts into me over and over again. My heart and soul explode with love for this incredible man. He comes with me, lowering his head into my neck as we ride out our pleasure together. My tears leak from my eyes, and I can’t stop them, I don’t want to. That was pure. There are no other words to explain it.

We hold each other for what feels like an eternity, not moving, our arms wrapped around each other. Unwilling to let go of this moment.

“Did I hurt you Millie?” He whispers in my ear after a while. “I’m so sorry, if I did…”

“Jack…you didn’t hurt me, you could never hurt me.” Moving his head, he kisses me lightly on the lips.

“Then why…why were you crying?” He looks into my eyes, confusion etched all over his face.

“Because that was beautiful, perfect, hot, sexy, mind-blowing and loving…it was everything to me.”

Later that day, Mary walks into my office holding a huge bouquet of red flowers, every kind you can think of.

“These were delivered for you!” She almost squeals at me, “Who are they from? Open the card!” She demands in a flurry.

“I think we both know who they are from,” I chuckle. As she places them on my desk, I take the card out and open the envelope, a little embarrassed.

“Emilie, I’ll never forget what you did.”

That’s a little odd,I wonder, what did I do?I’ve been so absent-minded lately, it’s easy to think I’ve missed something. The flowers are beautiful, not something I thought Jack would do though, huh, I guess I was wrong.

“We were right, they’re from Jack,” I smile, taking the flowers and placing them on my desk,

“He has it bad for you young lady. In all the years I’ve known him, he has never acted like this with anyone. It’s about time, and so lovely to see.” She winks at me and walks back out of the office, closing the door behind her. I sit looking at the flowers for a while, remembering last night. As I reach for the phone to call and thank him, it startles me when it rings before I have the chance to dial his number.

“Hello, Manor Hotel, how may I help you?” I say, my eyes wandering over the flowers once again.

“Hello, may I speak with Miss Emilie Munroe please?”

“Yes, speaking, how can I help?”

“This is Joshua Davenport, family friend and estate attorney from Davenport and Dooly Associates in London. I’m calling to arrange a meeting with you, regarding your inheritance.”My inheritance? It takes longer than it should to realise what he’s talking about. In just over a week’s time, I turn twenty-eight—the age my parents set for me to inherit everything they worked so hard for. I’m taken aback slightly; I don’t know how I feel about this on top of everything else.

“Oh, um…yes sure, when would you like to meet.?” I’ll deal with it, I’d rather have my parents back then the money, I’m not saying it won’t come in handy, but I already have the money from the house when that finalises. I feel overwhelmed that they are taking care of me from wherever they are now.

“This week, if possible, I can come to you, if it works out better for you”. He says matter-of-factly.

“That would be wonderful, thank you, what day is best for you?”

“Tomorrow? I can be there in the afternoon at 2 pm?” he suggests.

“Yes, I can do that, I’ll need to move a few things, but that should be fine.” I feel a little silly forgetting about it all. And that my birthday is so soon.

“Very well then Miss Munroe, tomorrow it is.” He hangs up the phone and I just sit for a few moments, taking in what he’s just said, remembering my parents, and how much I miss them.

Today is full of surprises already and it’s only 11.30! What else can today bring? I laugh to myself when someone knocks on the door.

“Come in, you don’t have to knock,’’ I shout, as the door creeps open, revealing a very welcome face and just the company I need right now.
