“Yes!” I jumped off my chair and into his arms, loving the way he made a coffee pun into a marriage proposal. “Yes! I havebeanin love with you forever. Yes!”
Wrapped tightly in his arms, he rose to his feet and set me back on mine. “I love you, Cara.”
“I love you more, Carter.”
A smug smile spilled across his face. “Hurry up and finish your special drink. We have a new shop in town to open.”
