“God, a man could get addicted to those lips,” I tell her when we finally break apart. She smiles, and fuck, it does something to me.

“I could say the same for you,” she says before leaning in and resting her head on my chest.

“You’re doin’ an amazin’ job on this,” I say as I take in the logo in front of me. She spins around to look and sighs.

“You think so?”

“Yeah, I do. It looks great.”

“I just don’t want you to lie and say you like it if you don’t,” she tells me. I wrap my arms around her stomach and pull her back into me before pressing a kiss to the side of her head.

“I wouldn’t lie to you, Olson.”

“I know that.”

“Do you?” I ask, unsure if she truly believes that. Olson spins in my arms and looks up at me with the most perfect smile on her face.

“I do. I know you wouldn’t lie to me, Ridge.” Nodding my head, I brush my lips over hers once more when Cage slaps a hand on my shoulder.

“You tryin’ to persuade my brother to move to Cali?”

“What? No,” she says quickly before pulling away from me. “Why would I do that?”

“So, you can have him all to yourself,” Cage tells her. I shake my head.

“What the hell is with you, Cage?” I ask him, becoming a little more pissed by the second.

“I was just askin’ a question. You two seem awful cozy for people who live so far apart.” I don’t like where this is going with him. I know she has to go back to Cali. I know we live two completely different lives, and I know this would never work long distance, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy what we have right now.

“You can calm the fuck down, brother. I’m not goin’ anywhere,” I tell him. Cage looks at me intently before he nods his head and turns to walk away.

“That was …”

“Yeah. That was Cage bein’ his normal asshole self. Just ignore him.”

“Kind of hard to do that when he thinks I’m stealing you away,” she smiles.

“You stealin’ me now?” I tease.

“I just might.”

Painting at the clubhouse has been a dream come true. Not that I’ve always wanted to be in a biker clubhouse, but the painting? Yeah, that’s amazing.

Ridge has stayed close every time we’ve been there and I’m kind of going to be sad when it’s all over and done with. I love spending time with him even if we are together twenty-four hours a day. I find that I like having him around.

Now we sit in comfortable silence, eating our dinner at home. Neither of us needs to say anything; it’s just … perfect.

I finish my food and grab my plate, taking it to the kitchen to clean up when I feel him behind me. He presses his body against mine, and I sigh, leaning into his touch.

“I like touchin’ you,” he tells me.

“I like it when you touch me.”

“Is that right?” he asks.
