“—I don’t want to hear it, Jack. We need everyone there, including you.” I’m not having the blood of a kid on my hands. “We need to find him.”

I hang up, flexing my wrist as white-hot pain emanates through the bone. “I’ll call Vincent, tell him to meet at the clubhouse. This has all got to happen right now.”

When we make it back over an hour later, tempers are high. Saviours arrive at the same time as us, the look on their faces is pure confusion. Vincent approaches me. “Why did you change the location of our meet?” He assumes a set up? An ambush?

“Had no choice,” I throw at him, making my way inside.

Seeing the Sodom Saviours walk in lifts a few of my men from their chairs.

“Table. Now.”

They all file up upon my order, their eyes lingering on each other as they pass by.

“Care to explain before we sit down?”

I turn to Vincent, throwing Legs’ cut on the table as Billy brushes past me. He’ll regret that. “Need to end our business,” Isay to Vincent, managing to keep calm.

Vincent’s eyes retrace their path to mine. He’s sees I’m serious, then pulls out his gun, aiming it at my head. We haven’t got time for this.

“Not sure what you think you’re going to do with that. Especially in here.” He can’t shoot. He also doesn’t have the balls to take me out like that.

Travis pushes closer, both sets of men dangerously standing off with each other.

“This deal is not yours to end.” Vincent’s teeth grind. I see rage grip him.

“Thisdealyou brought to us, it’s nothing like you thought. Saviours and Rippers are soon to be on federal radar. We need to bring it to its knees before both clubs go down.”

The gun still raised, jolts forwards. “We need the money.”

“No, you want the power. They’re two very different things. It has to stop, and only we can do that.”

“What isitexactly?”

Right on cue, Jack appears in my line of vision. All eyes turn to him. “Drop your gun,” he tells Vincent. The look on his face is malicious. Overpowering hatred swells inside him. He despises The Sodom Saviours. Has watched us fight them for decades. Almost died because of them.Diddie, because of them.

Vincent lowers his weapon allowing everyone to breathe.

“It,is the end of Sodom Saviours if you don’t agree to destroy Costa and his set up.”

Looking at Jack, his temples twitch at a maddening rate. “Before you explain what’s going on, I have a man missing. We need to get him back first,” I tell him.

“Don’t expect us to help,” Vincent butts in.

My lips pinch. “He’s helping our fucking cause.” Provided he’s in one piece and not hurt. Why the fuck did he jump on the back of that lorry?

“The cause we don’t know a thing about?” Vincent scoffs. “This is fucking typical—”

“The only thing that’s fuckin’ typical, is that at the centre of every bit of trouble Rippers have had, your fuckin’ club was always there.” Jack’s losing control. His face flashes red, his eyes narrowing.

“It’s not like they didn’t deserve it.”

Jack’s final straw snaps. He snarls, crashing into him, sending Vincent flying.

I move to intercept him, but I’m thrown back, my spine crashing against the bar.

Travis picks up one Saviour coming toward him, throwing him like Hulk across the tables and chairs.

Fists are flying, all of us pummelling whoever the fuck we can get our hands on. Crazed. Over the top. Violent.
