Maybelle Mason was confidently flirting with— her boyfriend, Trey Turner, while he kissed the skin beneath the neckline of her top.

Trey’s amusement vibrated against her skin sending a rush of feeling and goosebumps all over. He was a drug and she the addict. There was no rehabilitating her of the obsessive addiction she had to the touch and sensations of this man.

“Sit, May.” He instructed and she perched on the edge of the bed. Then Trey was kneeling in front of her, reaching for the laces of her tennis shoes. He made quick work of them and within moments was slipping off her shoes and then her socks.

Trey reached over and gave the hem of her shorts a tug.

“Stand for me, love.”

Maybelle smirked, “Make up your mind, Turner.”

But she obeyed, her knees buckling as she stood in front of Trey on his knees. Trey’s grin was devastating as he smiled up at her, “There’s that sass I love so much.”

His face leveled with her sternum, his large hands tickled up from her exposed calves, up behind her knees to cup the back of her thighs, up the bottoms of her shorts, pulling her flush against him. He nuzzled his face into the bare skin between her rising shirt and the falling waist band of her shorts. He kissed and teased the sensitive area of exploding nerves and it made Maybelle fight for her life not to fall apart. Trey’s hands kneaded and massaged the muscles of her legs as he kissed and kissed and kissed. Maybelle couldn’t stand straight. The only thing holding her steady was his hold and her grasp on his hair and shoulders.

Trey’s hands latched to the bottoms of her shorts and began to shimmy them so very slowly down her legs, kissing the newly revealed skin of her hips then her thighs.

He groaned and she trembled.

Her shorts were pooling at her feet and soon, so was her underwear. Pausing, Trey looked up at her from where he knelt, his eyes glazed over with so many emotions, wants and needs.

“I am going to kiss every square inch of this beautiful body and I am going to take my time.” He breathed and Maybelle nodded, not sure if it was a request or a warning. Trey then moved her, making her spin so she faced the bed, and he got the full view of her. She couldn’t see his reaction, but she felt the tension thicken. Maybelle then sensed his deviant smile in the skin of her lower back as he nipped.

“I love you; I love your body. You are so perfect, May.” Trey pulled her tank top up while he kissed up her spine standing with the climb. Her shirt was off, and Trey’s hands now gripped her hips and her hands reached back to hold to his forearms.

His kissing explored the tops of her shoulders, to the nape of her neck. Trey’s lips left her and before she could protest, she felt him tugging at the end of her frizzy braid, removing the tie holding it together then combing his fingers through the long-crimped coils. Trey’s hand moved against her scalp, grabbing the hair, and pulling so Maybelle’s head fell back to his chest allowing him full access of her mouth. This kiss was crucial, mind melting, pivotal as his other hand splayed outacross the bare plane of her stomach.

She was on full display to Trey as he kissed, devoured, and savored her, her back still pressed into his fully clothed front, her head falling back for him to take full inventory of her lips. Maybelle was shattering and exploding in the best ways for him. He knew her skin, her hair, her fingers, where to kiss her that would make her whimper and quake against him.

But Maybelle wantedallof him, she wanted his skin. She twirled in his grasp facing him fully and fisting the fabric of his shirt, tugging up.

“Off.” She demanded and when Trey quirked a brow Maybelle sweetened the command with a soft, “Please.”

Trey chuckled, kissing her as he worked to pull his shirt over his head, “Yes, ma’am.”

Trey now stood before her in his black briefs, pulling her toward him. This man was unreal, he was beautiful in the most masculine way. Maybelle stepped closer, letting her finger pads trickle across his chest, travel down the valleys and hills of his large, warm arms. Trey’s intense, heavy stare followed her every move, her every caress along his skin but his hands and body remained still. He let Maybelle do her own amount of feeling and exploration of him, his body. She kissed, she admired, she touched and learned the body that she loved, the body she knew.

It was different now, though.

The intimacy between them was warm, buzzing with the infatuation of her crush from before, from when she only adored from afar, and her deep resounding love for him after, now.

“I love you, Trey, with my whole heart and soul. I love you.” She gasped but her words were powerful and world altering. Trey laid her out on the bed, and he kissed.

He kissed her knees, her inner thighs, between her legs, the places that they both wanted to touch and be touched. Trey was not timid, or cautious. He was praising, driving, consuming.Trey was home. Maybelle was home in his arms, engulfed by his touch, his deep, hot words against her ear, his kisses along her neck, his hands everywhere holding, molding, and teasing.

Trey hovered above her, deliberate and gentle as he loved and worshipped Maybelle to the pinnacle point of sensation. As she free fell from the heights, they’d flown together Trey lowered himself to her ear, his heavy breathing a welcome constant as he whispered, “I need you too, May. Youaremy whole heart and soul. You are my end game.”

43 Dear Maybelle

Trey had died and gone to Heaven.

That had to be what happened, that was the only explanation for the angel that laid across his chest in the morning sunlight. Maybelle’s golden curls were a fluffy mess across her bare back, her skin glowing and freckled. She was so damned tiny hauled up against him like this.

So, goddamned beautiful.

Trey’s body melted into the mattress with relief and gratitude that his girl was home, safe in his embrace. She was no longer alone, and neither was he. Trey prayed that he could just stay here, watch her sleep, a wish he never ever thought wouldtempt him. But seeing her like this, in this bed, in his arms, snoring only slightly— it was all he could ever want.

Maybelle Mason was perfect, and she washis. His amazing, stunning, heartbreakingly gorgeous woman. Trey doubted he would ever be able to breathe normal outside of her presence again. Doubted that he could ever function well if she weren’t by his side every second of everyday.
