Hex hated this time of year. Halloween was the worst, and this year, he planned on skipping the whole day. He had twenty-nine days to figure out how to do just that. The only problem he had was trying to tell his Prez that he wouldn’t be attending the annual Halloween party this year. He had a feeling that wasn’t going to go over well with Savage, and the one thing he knew for sure was that the big guy didn’t like to be told no.

Harley was excited about Halloween this year. For the first time in her life, she had her own apartment and could actually decorate for the holiday. Halloween had always been her favorite time of year, but her foster families usually didn’t approve of the holiday, leaving her wondering if she’d ever get the chance to celebrate. It was too late for her to go trick-or-treating, but she planned on living it up at the club where she bartended. And not even the grumpy, hot new biker at the Royal Bastards was going to stop her from having her Halloween fun.
