But her grimoire won’t awaken, her gift as a confectioner remains stubbornly silent, her mentor has vanished, and her bakery is a sugary disaster. And now, her string of misfortunes has drawn the attention of the Wish Witch… who’s cursed her.

Her last hope lies in the mist-laden woods with the Mist Sorcerer, rumored to transform into a monstrosity. Arawn is every bit as charming as you’d expect a powerful sorcerer to be—cold, cynical, demanding, and definitely not helping out of the goodness of his (nonexistent) heart. He agrees to aid her, but only on one condition: she must craft a confection powerful enough to end his cursed existence.
With a talking lamb and two cursed creatures by her side, Lempicka steps into Arawn’s realm of grumbling Spirits, enchanted orchards, and an overly emotional will-o’-the-wisp for a butler.
