I’m forced to mate with a wolf shifter I can’t stand. And now I’m pregnant.
I’m a plus-size psychotherapist running from my abusive ex when I get stranded in a small town.
An annoyingly hot guy tells me to stay but doesn’t mention that people shift into wolves here.
He doesn’t tell me about the mating lottery either. Until it selects me as his mate.

He says he doesn’t believe in my therapy bs, all the while checking me out.
He believes in other things, like fate and mates, and says my little human mind needs to catch up.
When I tell him I refuse to be his mate, he says it’s the only way he can protect me.
And when I fight him, he throws me over his shoulder and marches me to the mating ceremony.

They tell me being mates isn’t some kind of prison sentence, but what do they know?
He takes my wrists and tells me to stop fighting, that he knows what I really need.
He makes my curvy body go limp in his arms and puts me up against a tree.
The things he does to me are unspeakable, and I’m ashamed that I only want more.

Will my forced mate be the baby daddy I need him to be?

The Silvercreek Lottery Mates have been outcasted, rejected, and bullied. But at the end of their cruel journeys, the Alphas who hurt them the most heal the wounds they’ve caused and give them the babies they’ve wanted all along…
