What would you do if it happened to you? Would you believe??

Kat Truman isn’t sure what’s going on. Her new apartment in Detroit is perfect, just what she has always wanted—but what, exactly, is she hearing?
There’s music, a song that keeps playing, but her upstairs neighbor insists that it’s not his fault. As the building manager says, that Oliver Marchand is a real cutie-patootie, except he’s not being very nice by bothering her with his tunes so often! And if it isn’t Oliver, then what’s happening? Things get louder and even crazier, and she finds out that he definitely is involved, just not in the way she thought.
It couldn’t be magic, because Oliver and Kat are too sensible to believe in that kind of thing. It couldn’t be a strange force trying to pull them together…and they are pulled together, as friends. But who wouldn’t be interested in a guy like him? He totally is a cutie-patootie and he’s so nice, too. Nothing like this has ever happened to Kat before, not this weird song and not everything that goes along with it, and definitely not the feelings that she has for Oliver. With his past, would he ever want her in the same way?
Strange things are happening on the first floor of the Milaflores Building…but a happy ending is waiting, if they can figure it all out!
