He’s a mafia boss. A wolf shifter. An Alpha who believes a mate is nothing but a liability. Then she walks into his world. Human. Her scent is all it takes for him to know exactly what she is. His mate. He tries to fight it, but his wolf only wants one thing: complete the bond.

Dominic Voronov is a man people fear.
Cold. Powerful. Ruthless.

He rules Chicago with the quiet brutality of a man born into the Russian mafia.
And now he wants me.
I should stay far away from him. Especially when my father’s death pulls me deeper into Dominic’s violent world and leaves me questioning just how much he knows.
But there’s something about Dominic I can’t explain.

The way he watches me.
The way he always seems to know when I’m in danger.
The way my body reacts whenever he gets too close.

I tell myself it’s attraction. That the pull between us is nothing more than chemistry I’m stupid enough to feel for a man I may have every reason to hate.
But every time I try to put distance between us, something pulls me back.
And the closer I get to Dominic, the more certain I become that he’s hiding something far more dangerous than the mafia empire he controls.
