He’s a billionaire kraken who expects the world to surrender to his every demand.

I just want him to stop bulldozing my whole life.
I make a simple living as the world’s most uninteresting librarian, in a quiet and uninteresting seaside town. Then, the powerful Eiriksson maritime empire buys every single piece of land in the county.

They’re threatening to tear everything I love apart. So I don’t think. I storm the glass-walled headquarters of the kraken conglomerate, demanding justice.
I expect to be thrown out by security. Instead, I get Sigurd Eiriksson–and a scandalous, tempting deal.

Sigurd is a devastatingly gorgeous, terrifying creature who could easily crush a submarine with his tentacles. He also needs a fake date for the wedding of the century. If I play his devoted lover for one single week, he’ll sign the papers that protect my community forever.

His goal? Fending off his scheming mother and his scheming ex-girlfriend. Mine? Survive a week of rehearsed touches and fake kisses with a grumpy kraken without losing my mind. Or my clothes.

It’s a simple transaction. But there is nothing simple about the electric heat between us. And faking a romance with an ocean god is a dangerous game.

I walked into his world ready to fight a monster. I never prepared for the devastating consequences of falling in love with one.

Tempted by the Kraken is a standalone, high-heat monster romance that violently collides billionaire glamour with undeniable oceanic magic.
