I should not take her up to the pole. It’s too dangerous, and I don’t want to risk violating her. I know there’s a good chance I’ll lose control.
The thing is, this human girl, I’m reacting to her in a way I’ve never reacted to anyone. The way she smells is phenomenal.
I know what the right thing to do is.
So, why can’t I seem to stop myself from doing the wrong thing?
