“What’s wrong?” I asked and he shook his head.
“Not me yet. First, you. How are you feeling, Love?” He said softly and I smiled, not quite feeling like it was convincing him.
“I’ll be okay. As long as I have all of you.” I said as I looked over his shoulder at Alexsei as well.
“Come on.” Hamish gestured to me and looked pointedly at Riley.
“What?” I asked warily and he grinned.
“Move back. It’s time for a hot dog pile.” He said and I just stared at him.
“Cuddle puddle.” He said again and Alexsei called him an idiot under his breath as Hamish climbed onto the bed, making Leo shout.
“Ow, fuck man. You got my foot.” He muttered as Hamish pushed Leo over and lay down on his side.
“Lexsi. Get on.” Hamish said as he wrapped his leg and arm over Leo who pulled me back onto the bed.
“Don’t call me that.” He muttered as he looked around the bed.
“Get on next to Willy,” Hamish said with a grin and Riley glared at him.
“Stop calling me that, you knob jockey.” Riley seethed and Alexsei chuckled as he tentatively sat next to Riley.
“Nope. Cuddle, like you mean it. We are making our woman feel the love.” Hamish said with a pointed stair and Alexsei sighed loudly and awkwardly put his arm over Riley, reaching for me.
“That’s better. One big happy family.” Hamish sang and I laughed.
“You really are insufferable, Hamish,” I said and he grinned.
“But you love me.” He placed his hand on my stomach gently.
“And there will be more babies. Many, many more.” He added and I teared up as the others lay their hands on my stomach as well.
We lay there for a while, no one speaking, and I felt a sense of calm come over me as I realized the hard stuff was over.
I was going to shove the bad memories deep inside that haunted little box in my mind until I could figure out what to do with them.
“So why did you look like you ate a lemon when you walked in?” Riley asked Hamish and he groaned in response.
“I had a call from Albert. He is still insisting on a little alliance marriage and joining his old men’s club.” He muttered and Alexsei sat up.
“I forgot to say, I got some good leverage for you to use against him.” He said as he pulled out his phone from his pocket.
“Look.” He showed us some photos of a naked man with a collar around his neck, a ball gag in his mouth, and what looked like a furry tail coming from his ass. He was on his hands and knees, looking up at a woman who was clearly a Domme.
“Oh my god. Is that Albert? Is he wearing one of those butt plugs with a tail attached?” Hamish said as I stared at the scene.
“Yep! I got plenty more where this came from. Turns out his wife doesn’t know about this little hobby of his, and his standing in society would mean it would ruin him if it got out.” Alexsei said.
“I’ve emailed you a copy. Have fun.” Alexsei grinned as Hamish sat up with a wicked smile.
“If you will excuse me, I have to make a call to a man about a dog.” He said with a wink and left the room, leaving all of us laughing.
“So, what is the queen going to do now that she has her kingdom?” Alexsei asked me and I sighed.
“I am going to clean up our image and join forces with the rest of the families. I want it known that we are part of an alliance in Sinclair Bay.” I said as I mulled over my next moves.
“Then I will let the men who betrayed me beg to be forgiven.”
