Razor is my forever.

Razor takes my hands in his, rough and warm as Axel starts to speak. “Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony.”

He got ordained just for us which means so much.

I know Axel’s going on and on, through whatever he has prepared in front of him, but all I’m focusing on is Razor.

His intense gaze holds mine, dark golden eyes glowing with love and promise.

“Do you, Ricardo Alejandro Ramirez, take this woman, Oakleigh Michelle Mahon, to be your lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, as long as you both shall live?”

Razor’s voice is unwaveringly firm and certain. “Damn straight I do.”

I blink back fresh tears, my lips curling into a bright smile.

Axel turns to me. “And do you, Oakleigh Michelle Mahon, take this man, Ricardo Alejandro Ramirez, to be your lawfully wedded husband? To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, as long as you both shall live?”

“I do,” I whisper, tears sliding down my cheeks.

Razor’s smile is blinding, and I know this is the happiest day of his life.

I don’t want this feeling to end, the pure bliss, the complete happiness.

Axel smirks, “Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss your bride.”

Razor sweeps me into his arms and crushes his mouth against mine.

I melt against him with a sigh, high on our love.

We’re married.

I’m Mrs.Ramirez.

Joy bubbles up inside me, and I cling to Razor, happier than ever.

Not only am I his wife, but I’m now affiliated with the Ramirez cartel.

Razor made it a point to go over his family history within the last week, almost like he was warning me in case I wanted to change my mind.

He pulls back from his kiss, eyes shining with adoration. “I love you, Cola. Forever and always.”

“I love you too,” I murmur, kissing him once more.

This is just the beginning to our love story, and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for us.

It’s been an hour since our ceremony and we sit on the dunes, staring out at the orange glow over the sand.

Rosa made it a point to take pictures, wanting us to commemorate this day.

She and Axel went off to the hut they rented for the night, so my husband and I are finally alone.

“I can’t believe we’re married,” I say with a grin.

“It’s the best decision I ever made,” Razor wraps an arm around my waist, pulling me closer against him. “Know you can always count on me, Cola. I mean it.”

A warm shiver runs down my spine. “I know. I’ve always known I could count on you, Ricardo. From the very beginning . . . and let’s be honest, you saved my life.”

“No, I didn’t,” His tone grows serious. “And if you’re so adamant that I did, you need to know you saved me too. Before I met you, my life didn’t really have a purpose. I was riding around from city to city, and the only real thing I had was the position at the club. I didn’t know it, but I needed a woman like you by my side. You’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
