“I can show you the storage unit.”

“Later, baby,” she replies, and my stomach swoops as if I’m on a rollercoaster. “Let’s watch a movie instead.”

“Okay,” I grab the television remote, turn it on, and then switch to Netflix. “What do you want to watch?”

“Do you only have Netflix?” she asks with raised eyebrows.

“I don’t usually live here, solnyshko.” Her eyes glaze over and the tiniest smile graces her lips. After I told her what the nickname meant, I think she loves it now. “So we’re limited for now.”

“Well… since our options are so limited.” She smirks. “Let’s watchThe Shining.”

“Absolutely not.”

“Please?” She gives me puppy dog eyes. “For your wifey?”

Butterflies fill my stomach, and I grin.

Oh, hell.

She’s everything to me, and she knows it.

“Fine, but I’m taking a nap on your lap.” I’ve never done that before. However, if she’s going to be my wife she can act like it. Nothing has made me more jealous than the way she was touching Leo. With tenderness.

Camilla smirks again and walks over to the couch, sitting down and getting comfortable. She taps her lap twice. “Come on then, big boy.”

And that’s how we spend the day before we get married. Watching movies and cuddling. Surprisingly, I’m not nervous about tomorrow. I feel ready to make her my wife. Beats me as to why, but here I am pining after someone who is supposed to be forbidden to me. I don’t care; I always get what I want and wanther.

Let’s just hope her father doesn’t skin me alive when he finds out, considering it’s a very real possibility.

The house's backyard is spacious, and I’m surprised we even have one. But here I am, with a flower arch and my beautiful bride standing with me. I clasp her hands in mine and look at her like she’s the only woman in the world for me, because she is. I’m obsessed and out of my mind for her.

Camilla’s hazel eyes look like a kaleidoscope of colors under the bright sun, and her loose, almost black hair is curled down her back. She’s actually wearing a wedding dress, which I didn’t expect since she said no at first, but I convinced her. She’s gorgeous with a mermaid-style wedding gown, her curves on full display.

I know this isn’t how she’d prefer to get married as she wants her friends here, but I’ll make it up to her in the future. The only person here is Ilya, my witness and best man, and that’s all we need to get this done. The wedding was planned quickly to make sure it actually happens and no one stops us from getting married. I’m afraid if we included anyone else, the word would spread and the element of surprise would disappear. Not to mention her family and Leonardo wouldn’t have let this happen. No, now they’ll have no choice.

Anything on the turf of Atlantic University goes.

These are neutral grounds.

Killing, marriages, anything really, is forgiven, Even if there might be a punishment. That’s why I want to lure Leonardo to my house and kill the stupid motherfucker. He will die. That’s something I can’t let go of. Even if it costs me something.

I look into Camilla’s eyes as the officiant says something I can’t even hear; my only focus is on her.

“You may say your vows,” he repeats.

“I vow,” I begin, having written my own. “To protect you and cherish you until the end of my life, however short or long it may be. To be there for you in sickness and in health and to love you until my last breath. Even after death, I’ll never let you go. You’re everything to me. My sunshine, my love, and now my wife. We’re everything, and we always will be.”

Camilla gasps, and her hands begin to shake. “I vow,” She clears her throat, “To be the woman you need until the end of time, even after death. I will dance with your soul forever and won’t let anything tear us apart again. I promise to love and cherish you for the rest of our lives…however short or long they may be.”

“Here’s to being everything together,” Nik whispers.

“Forever,” we say in unison.

“I now pronounce you husband and wife.” Camilla’s eyes widen even more at these words. “You may kiss your bride.”

I lean into Camilla, bending at the waist, and grasp her chin roughly. If she thinks I’ll go soft on her just because we’re getting married, she has another thing coming. Although my grip is firm, I don’t have to pull her. She willingly closes the space between us and looks into my eyes, then kisses me.
