I gasp, suddenly feeling his fingers inside me.

“Is it okay?” he breathes out, seeming to know he’s pushing me to the brink of my limits.

“Yes, baby,” I reply, getting lost in the moment, “take all of me.”

He took in hard grinding, my body clenching around his cock and his fingers. He pushes deeper and deeper into a place that, until now, had only been mine alone.

“Will you cum for me, baby? Will you come like a good little girl?”

I lose my words. It’s too late.

“Ahhh!” I scream, “Oh my god, Liam, I’m coming! I’m coming!”

As I let my body release, I feel him do the same, filling me with his hot love. I could never imagine being this hot for a man in my life, but he is so much more than that.

He is my mate and I everything we went through was so worth it. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Chapter 26 - Paige

The house has finally been renovated—well, mostly. All that’s really left is to paint the walls. We painted the master bedroom a few days ago and moved in our things yesterday. Liam didn’t want me sleeping in a room freshly painted because of the fumes and his fear for the baby. He is very kind and considerate.

The kitchen is my favorite part of the whole house, though. We painted it this lovely warm beige color with these darker blue-green cabinets. I didn’t want anything super modern, I just wanted something that felt homey and warm. I think we achieved that.

The contractors have just finished drywalling the baby's room, so we are at the house picking paint colors for the walls.

"What about a yellow for the baby's room? It's a happy color and would go great for a boy or girl." I look over at Liam as he finishes putting the sample paint colors on the wall.

"I don't know, this green is kind of nice."

Looking at it on the wall, I agree. "You're right. That one is nice."

“Did you hear from Thorn?” Liam places the lid back onto one of the little paint cans.

“I spoke with him this morning. He is hoping to come by next week for a visit.”

Thorn has been extra busy with council stuff. He never really says what is going on, but it always seems to be something. I don’t know how he keeps it up. He is constantly on the go, never staying in one place. It can’t be good for him. He really needs to find someone who will make him happy, who will make him a home. Maybe I can convince him to join the mail-order app.

Just as I am about to have Liam paint a small strip of the orange paint onto the wall, his phone starts ringing.

"Hey man, how's it going?" he's quiet for a minute before he starts closing up all the lids of the small sample paint cans.

"What's happening?" I mouth.

"Quinn has gone into labor."

"What! Okay, we're coming!" I walk quickly to grab my purse. The bag for Quinn is already in the truck, just in case this happens. I hate being three hours away from her, but hopefully she can hold on till I get there, because we have a plan.

Liam gets us to the hospital in record time. We find the maternity floor and the room she is in.

"I'll get you something to eat and wait in the waiting area for you. You come to get me if you need me, ok?" Liam kisses my cheek and heads off in search of food for me. Thank goodness, too, because ever since I got pregnant, I have been hungry all the time.

I enter Quinn's room, the sound of beeping indicating the baby's heartbeat.

"Oh, thank goodness you're here. I'm about to kill Eli."

Eli looks completely bewildered. His hair is a mess, and he is pacing back and forth. "Can I do anything, lilac? Do you want more ice chips? Or maybe a pillow. I can get a blanket." He is rambling, words literally falling out of his mouth. Quinn looks uncomfortable, which is to be expected, but she looks downright pissed as well.

"Okay! Eli, you go get another cup of ice chips while I get the music going, all right?"
