This was different.

This was just as excellent, but it felt different. It was as though there was no need to communicate feelings with this. This was about quenching a need, fulfilling a desire. I was quickly learning Wyatt and I could have it all.

With each forceful thrust into me, I realized we could have the emotional connection, feelings, and love for one another when we were together, but we could also have this. We could have sex just because we were too caught up in each other, because we couldn’t control the urge. And because we were in his office, a place where someone could have shown up at any time, it was even more thrilling.

Wyatt didn’t relent. He didn’t ease up, and I knew he was feeling everything I was feeling. “Fuck, Rhea, you feel incredible.”

Mixing the way he was looking at me, at us, with the sounds coming from him, my orgasm had built quickly again. “Please don’t stop.”

Wyatt tore his gaze away from where our bodies were connected and brought his attention to my face. What he didn’t do was stop the movement of his hips. If anything, recognizing he had me on the verge of coming, he increased his pace.

And within seconds, it happened.

Wave after wave of pleasure crashed into me, and I was powerless to stop it. I cried out through it all, and not once did Wyatt’s eyes leave mine. Not even when, somewhere in the middle of my orgasm, Wyatt found his own release.

After we both made it to the other side, Wyatt’s hands came up to frame my face. He captured my mouth with his and kissed me like I’d never been kissed by him before. And that’s when I got the emotional stuff he wanted me to.

He loved me, and even if he could make having sex just about the sex for us, he wasn’t about to let it go without making sure I knew how he felt about me.

When he tore his mouth from mine, his eyes searched my face. “I love you.”

I smiled at him. “I love you, too.”

Wyatt returned the smile, pressed a kiss to my lips, and helped to ease me up off the desk.

The two of us got ourselves cleaned up—thankfully, Wyatt had some tissues handy—and once we had our clothes situated again, I teased, “And you said your office wasn’t going to be any fun.”

He tugged on my wrist, urging me toward him, and when our chests collided, he said, “I’m quickly learning there isn’t any place I can go with you that isn’t bound to be a good time. It’s hard not to want to put everything I can into making you happy.”

“Well, you’ve got a whole day to continue to impress me,” I noted. “Where are we going next?”

Wyatt took me by the hand and led us toward the door to his office, so we could start our adventure for the day. Once he unlocked it and pulled it open, he said, “I don’t know. Now that I’ve had you in here, I’m not sure anything else is going to come close. Maybe we should quit while we’re ahead.”

Still holding my hand, he stepped out of the room, but I remained rooted to the spot. When he stopped to look back at me, I tipped my head to the side and asked, “Are you serious?”

The corners of his mouth tipped up, and I realized he’d been teasing me. God, I loved the way he made me feel. In fact, it was so consuming, I grinned back at him as I propelled myself forward into his arms.

He caught me, wrapping his arms around my body, and said, “I don’t think I’d ever have it in me to disappoint you like that, Rhea.”

Wyatt started to spin with me in his arms, when he suddenly came to a stop.

My body tensed when he said, “Mom? Dad?”

I wiggled in Wyatt’s hold, desperate for him to set me down on my feet. Then I smoothed my dress down and faced his parents. They were stunned to see us.

“What are you doing here on a Saturday?” his mom asked.

“I thought I’d bring Rhea by and give her a tour. We started in my office,” he answered.

A knowing look washed over his father’s face, and my cheeks heated. Evelyn smiled at the both of us and said, “That sounds like fun. Is this your first visit here, Rhea?”

I nodded. “With the exception of Ivy’s party.”

Malcolm focused his attention on his son and asked, “Are you planning to join us for dinner this Sunday?”

“Yeah, Dad. I’ll be there.”

“And you’ll bring Rhea with you, right?” Malcolm pressed.
