My cock strains as I carry her into a small hallway and press her back against the wall. Her fingers run through my hair as I slide my hands beneath her shirt.

I groan as she grinds against me.

Zoe gasps as I brush my thumb over her nipple through the thin lace over her breast.

Her back arches off the wall as I toy with her nipple, teasing it into a stiff peak.

I kiss my way down her neck as her hands roam down to grip my shoulders.

As I pull the neckline of her shirt down, her eyes go wide.

She shakes her head and puts her hands on my chest, pushing me back a step.

“I’m sorry,” she says, fixing her shirt. “I shouldn’t have done that. One drink is enough to cloud my judgment, apparently.”

“It’s alright,” I say, tucking my hands in my pockets and taking a step back to give her some space. “Although my judgment definitely wasn’t clouded.”

My gaze darts down to the dark little mark I’ve put on her neck.

She’s mine now.

Her cheeks flush. “I have to get going. I didn’t realize how late it was.”

“Let me walk you to your car.” I’m not going to let her out of my sight for a moment.

I don’t trust her father not to swoop in and take off with her to another country in a sad attempt to hide her from the consequences of his actions.

Too bad the consequence of his actions got to her first.

“Sure.” She tucks her hands in her pockets.

I put a hand on the small of her back, grinning when she shivers.

“Thank you.”

The walk to her car is short and neither of us says anything on the way there. It’s a comfortable kind of silence, but one that I doubt is going to last much longer.

She stands on her toes to peck my cheek before getting into her car.

“You only had the one drink, right?” I ask, catching the door before she shuts it. “I’m not going to let you drive if you’ve had anything more than that.”

She shakes her head. “Just the one drink, and we danced the alcohol off afterward. I’m good to drive.”

I nod and close the door for her. “Drive safe.”

Zoe smiles and starts the car.

I wait until she’s leaving the parking lot before getting in my car and following her. I keep a safe distance back, though I doubt she is going to think much of another small silver car on the road.

It’s only when she turns up her driveway that I turn on the next street and park my car. I watch as the lights go on in her bedroom, her silhouette against the window.

Now, I wait.

ZOE

I want to scream, but a hand clamps over my mouth before I get the chance.
