He tugs off his coat, and that’s when I see his right hand. A few of his knuckles were scrapped, the skin red where he had obviously hit something.

“Grey…” I whisper.

“I’m fine.” He takes a few strides towards me, before he scoops me up by my waist.

My arms immediately wind around him, and he buries his face in my neck. I feel a few deep breaths against me before he kisses my pulse point, then my jaw, before meeting my lips. I kiss him once, then pull back so I can see his eyes.

“What happened? Where were you?”

He leans his forehead against mine. “I delivered your engagement ring back to its owner.”

My head shot up. “What?”

“Blaine won’t be a problem anymore,” he adds.

“Are you…” I trail off. “How did you even know where he lived?”

“Baxter. He can hack anything.”

“You have a teammate that’s a hacker?”

What kind of men are they hiring?

His arms tighten around me. “I handled it.” He searches my face. “Do you trust me?”

I nod. “Yes. Yes, I trust you.”

“Good.” He drops me to my feet.

Then his voice lowers. “Take off your pants.”

“My…” I started to question, but his expression makes my words fall flat.

“Pants. Off.”

Holy shit. This is happening. Right now.

I lick my lips, my hands moving to the button. I flick it open as my heart pounds in my chest. Slowly I slide my jeans to the floor as he tracks every move.

I stand up straight, my shoulders back as I let my eyes lock with his.

His eyes hover, lust clouding the gold specks.

“Shirt,” he commands next.

I grip the hem, yanking it over my head. I wore only a matching black bra and panty set. I could hear the rumble in his chest as his eyes rake over me.

His hands lift up to sign. Bra.

I reach behind me, unhooking the snaps. I let it fall to the floor. My nipples peak when the cool air hits them and he traces his tongue along his bottom lip.

Panties. He signs next.

I obey again, hooking my fingers in the fabric before I slide them down my legs. I stand naked in front of Greyson Roy. Bare. Exposed. And I had never felt more confident in my life. His chest is rising with heavy breaths and when I lean down to touch my socks, he holds up a hand.

“Leave them.”

I bite my lip, holding back a grin as I sign. I didn’t know socks are what do it for you.
