“Nada,” Leo huffed. “Nothing. I was a horrendous teacher. I’ll do better.” As a reward, she dragged her tongue from root to tip and was happy to hear the strangled sound at the headboard. “Lengua.”

“Tongue?” Piper asked. When he nodded, she grinned and wrapped her lips around his head, sucking him into her mouth.

“Chúpamela.” His hips bucked off the bed, and she released him.

“I don’t know that one.” She narrowed her eyes, trying to find the word in the recesses of her brain.

“Suck.” He said it as an order.

Piper grinned. “This is a much better way to learn,” she said, then did exactly what he had asked. He didn’t wait for her to ask questions once she was planted firmly between his legs and pulling him deeper into her mouth. Instead, he would murmur a word or a phrase, then quickly translate it so she didn’t have an opportunity to ask at all. The amount she was legitimately learning was not conducive to becoming fluent, and she doubted she could use any of what he was saying in general conversation, but the game and the breathless way he translated things had the hot ache building between her legs.

“Back of your throat, princesa. Choke on it,” Leo directed after the Spanish version of the same command fell uncomprehended on her ears. She did as she was told and sucked him deeper as she looked up at him through her lashes. His hands fisted her sheets as her head bobbed. “Quiero…” The translation started to form in her head—I want… before he grabbed a handful of her hair to pull her up his torso. “Ven. I want to be inside you.” She released him with a wet popping sound and met him up by the headboard.

“I was going to make you finish like that.” Piper pouted.

Leo pressed his forehead into hers, breathing hard. “Later. Not right after I told you I love you. I want you.” His mouth slanted over hers, and she molded her body against his, kissing him back.

They slowed the pace. Leo’s tongue slipped through the seam of Piper’s mouth as her hand traveled up his chest and into his hair. The warmth of Leo’s palm cupped her breast, and his knee slowly slipped between her legs, increasing the pressure until she was out of breath and panting into his mouth as she rocked against his thigh. Leo sensed what her body needed, and she responded to each plea that left his lips like they were a well-oiled machine. When she fell onto her back, she didn’t have to ask him to move above her—he just did. There was no room for words when she found his mouth again, slowly consuming his every breath. Her hips did all the talking when she tipped them toward his cock. Leo only broke away from her lips for a brief moment to position himself at her entrance and to slowly sink into her before Piper smothered their moans with another kiss.

They rocked together, and when it became too hard to kiss through their mutual undoing, they pressed their foreheads together and breathed with each push and pull. Piper’s hands pressed into Leo’s back, and she could tell how fast he was nearing his release when his body started to lose its careful precision and control.

“Piper,” he breathed, rolling his hips forward with a choppy thrust.

“Yes.” Piper nodded, breathing with the incline of her orgasm. Her body jerked as it rose and plateaued at the top. Everything felt like bright splashes of watercolors across the canvas of her mind, each new wave of excruciating pleasure adding a new color like the polychrome tile she had picked out for Leo’s inspiration box. And when she watched Leo come apart on top of her and felt the warmth of his cock twitching inside her, she was finally satiated.

Their foreheads met again as their breathing slowed to normal. Leo’s eyes were closed when Piper finally opened hers, and she bent her head just enough to brush a kiss against his mouth.

“I love you,” Piper whispered. Leo’s eyes finally opened, and he slowly rolled off her.

“Say it again.” The sex-sated smile he gave her had her curling into his chest with one of her own.

“I love you.”

“Good, I’m not dreaming,” Leo sighed. “I love you, too.”

“I think dream me would still say that,” she mused. “But there’s only one way to tell if you’re in a dream.”

“And what’s tha—ow!” Leo shouted when Piper’s fingers pinched the skin on his ass. “You’re ballsy, I’ll give you that, but…” He flipped on top of her and pinned her wrists above her head while she tried to writhe free. “Your tactics need some help. If I was really trying to abduct you on your porch, you wouldn’t have been able to stop me. We should work on that.”

“I would have screamed, and someone would have heard me.” Piper lifted her chin and glared back. A sly smirk pulled up the corner of Leo’s mouth, and she waited for his rebuttal. When he said nothing, she raised her eyebrows and asked. “You’re not going to argue with me?”

Leo bent his mouth next to her ear, his hot breath sending a shiver down her spine as his husky voice said, “That’s not the threat you think it is, princesa. I really like making you scream.”

Fifty-Nine

LEO

Leo’s hand was clammy as he opened the back door to the theatre, holding it for Piper before he walked through. For the first time, he truly understood the internal monologue that must have been going on in Piper’s head twenty-four seven. He was about to make himself look like the biggest dick of the century, and he couldn’t help but wonder if anyone would have any respect for him ever again.

“You’re panicking.” Piper paused in the hallway and grabbed onto his arm.

“They’re going to think I gave you preferential treatment.” Leo scrunched his eyes shut.

“You didn’t.”

“I know that, and you know that, but that’s not how it’s going to look. I’ve been yelling at everyone for months about professionalism and focus when it comes to the show, and I’m a hypocrite.” Leo ran a hand through his hair and let out a slow breath.

“What did Moreno say when you told him?” Piper asked.
