I have to admit, I’ve had fun with these boxes. It was very difficult for me to get them open without leaving evidence they were tampered with, and to put what I wanted into them to make sure it was all a mystery for you. But I had some of my happiest moments in Seaville and I knew it was the place for you. I saw many years ago that you and Sasha were meant to be. I’ve been back there multiple times since our last summer there, and I’ve watched Sasha grow into a beautiful young woman. I knew all I had to do was bring you together and you’d find love and happiness. This life means nothing without a good woman at your side. I might’ve been sneaky in my methods, but my heart is full and pure. I do it out of love, so you aren’t allowed to be upset with me.
Now, for your final challenge. You can’t notify your brothers of what this journey is truly about. I’m not sure in which order you’ll open these boxes, but I have a feeling you’ll all have Blaze go first. He’s the adventurer after all. So if that’s the case, you two can now keep the secret from your brother. He has his own special journey ahead. Then the circle will be complete. I think you’ll truly enjoy Zach’s journey. It’s a doozy. I love you, Callan. I miss you. I’ll always watch over you.
Now, don’t ever let go of your love. She’ll get you through the toughest challenges in your life. There’s nothing like a good woman to humble a stubborn man. Trust me, I know. Take care of Sasha, take care of your brothers, and most importantly, take care of you.

I read over Gramps’s words again and again, each line a salve to my soul. I laugh as tears shine in my eyes. He’s once again gotten his way, but he’s always guided us in the right direction so I guess that’s fine with me. It appears he’s done it again. I shake my head in disbelief and amusement. Leave it to Gramps to be a matchmaker. The old man was always smart. He sure got one over on my brothers and me. In the end, though, I won it all, because I have a woman in my life who makes me a better person.
Blaze, on the other hand, is in trouble. That traitor should’ve told me. As soon as I have the thought, though, I realize I won’t be warning Zach. Nope, he has to go on his own journey, and I’m going to enjoy watching it. After the torture I went through, it’s his turn. I pull up my phone to dial Blaze, who’s most likely waiting for the call. He has to know I’m nearing the end of my journey.
Gramps might’ve played each of us, but he’s also giving us the greatest gifts of our lives. I put the letter away, step from the house, and dial Blaze. I’m going to talk to my brother on my way to see Sasha. More, now than ever, I want to pull her close and tell her I love her, as I will do for the rest of our lives. She’s mine, and will be for the rest of my life.
