She reached down. Sliding her hand along to grasp his dick, she reached to the nightstand and sheathed him with a condom. While staring into eyes so blue they created her own sky to live in, in one slow motion, she lifted her body and slid onto his cock. There she was, filled by him, in so many ways.

When she moved, she wanted Liam to feel as worshipped as she did. Long, languid strokes of her body enveloping his. A burning heat inside of her wanted to find its way out.

His hands covered every inch of her. Like he was memorizing her with his touch.

She sped up, increasing both speed and depth. The man would push her to her limits, but she’d take it all. Everything he had to offer.

“Callie … fuck.” Without warning, he sat up, but she didn’t stop. Deep. He was deep in her. Her body took over, rocking along his length. His hands were on her ass, guiding her up and down. Their lips found each other as she reached between them and rubbed her clit. A long groan from him took her a step higher.

So close.

Another round of warmth surged through her. “I’m there, Liam.”

“Thank God.” He let the wave crash over her, an internal pulse that she’d dreamed about sharing with him for the last two nights. Liam held her close and rolled them until she was under him, and in three fast thrusts he met his release, too. He slowed his body. His hands in her hair. “Fuck, Callie, that was … unexpected.”

She giggled while he rolled them to their sides.

“We’re definitely doing that again.”

She couldn’t wait.

The sun coming through the curtains covered both of their bodies with a warmth he’d missed.

“The storm has passed. Calm. So calm.” Callie’s fingers traced Xs and Os on his chest.

“Think we can get out a little earlier today?” he asked.

Her head raised, and she balanced her chin on his pec muscle. “I’m going to put Meg to work using her special talents.”

“You mean flirting?”

“Why is it flirting when it’s a woman and negotiating when it’s a guy?” She stood and grabbed the robe from the chair in the corner.

“Good question.” His phone buzzed on the nightstand. The glass and metal electronic didn’t stop buzzing. He examined the messages. “I need to call Britt back.” Her messages ranged from cryptic to agitated.

“I’ll go to my room and?—”

“Kick my brother out.”

Callie leaned onto the bed. “I might have to come back if they’re enjoying the morning sun.”

He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her onto the bed. “We could enjoy the morning sun, too.”

“I have to get you back to Omaha, Mr. Young.”

Omaha held responsibility and issues. He always had to fix problems and rescue people at home. Here he didn’t have to deal with anything. If anything, Callie renewed and liberated him.

Their lips snapped together almost like magnets. They’d used three condoms, and Liam wasn’t sure they were done yet, easy and effortless. But after they returned to Omaha, it would be complicated and tangled.

“You never answered if you’d come with me to Britt’s wedding?”

Callie took a moment but ultimately shook her head. “That’s gonna be a hard no. It’s also Trent’s wedding.”

He understood, but he hoped he could change her mind.
