“She’s a bitch. Even before we were together, she always sneered at me. Whenever I went to see my brothers, she spoke to me like I was a five-year-old,” she says.

“Well, she tried hitting on me tonight, for the millionth time. I warned her not to do it. I don’t fuck employees and, now that I have you, I don’t want any other women. She didn’t take the hints. It’s good Nolan was there because she wasn’t taking no for answer,” I tell her.

“That bitch!” Aubrey shouts.

“Don’t worry about her; she’s gone now,” I say while pulling her into my arms.

“Do you think she will be a problem?” Aubrey asks.

“I’m not sure. I don’t think so, but I’m not ruling it out,” I tell her honestly.

“She had crazy psycho written all over her,” Aubrey mutters, making me laugh.

“Let’s go eat so that we can go back home, and I can eat you,” I say with my smile not leaving my face.

Chapter Nine

Aubrey

Three weeks later…

Things with Gabe have been pretty great, especially with that assistant gone. He managed to get a new one rather quickly. This one was a guy who already seemed to do a better job then Stella. My brothers and Gabe seemed to be a lot less stressed with him around.

I spend my days working on my food vlog, which has been pretty great. The stress of making it successful isn’t there, since everyone made sure to tell me I didn’t have to worry about money.

I guess that’s how it goes when your family is rich, though my days do get pretty lonely with everyone gone to work.

Today, I decided to invite my friend Christina over. Christina had come down for the weekend to see me. I hadn’t really had a chance to talk to her lately with everything going on. She’s one of my closest friends.

Christine shows up around noon. Her eyes are wide while she takes in the penthouse that I live in with Gabriel.

“Holy fuck, I knew you were rich, but I never fully grasped it,” she says before pulling me into her arms for a hug.

I chuckle at her words. “Well, my family is. Sure, they give me an allowance so I can do my own thing, but this is Gabriel’s penthouse. Well, I guess now it’s mine too.”

“The hottie who you talk about all the time?” she asks with a grin.

“Yeah, I finally took my chance over Christmas and it seemed to pay off,” I tell her with a shrug.

“It’s about fucking time. So, tell me everything. Was the sex hot, or did he not live up to the dream?” she asks, sounding excited for some gossip.

I’m sure my face is bright red. “It has been very hot. Better than the dream,” I tell her with a smirk.

“I would love to say I’m happy for you, but I am also jealous. I would love a good dicking,” she says with a sigh.

“How would you know what a good dicking was?” I ask with a smirk.

“Oh shush, just because I am a virgin doesn’t mean I don’t read,” she says with a laugh as she throws a pillow at me from the couch.

“It’s very different than reading it,” I tell her.

“Oh, I bet, but the imagination is a wonderful thing,” she says while grinning and getting a faraway look in her eyes.

“Books don’t do the real thing justice,” I tell her, knowing just what kind of books she reads.

“I don’t know that. I love to think about someone fucking me and pulling my hair as I let go,” she says with a dreamy sigh.

I look over her shoulder and notice that people just walked in. I don’t think she has noticed them.
