From where I stand opposite him in the living room area of our suite I can see him shaking. He's terrified and angry. He knows he fucked up letting Sky out of sight. Both him and Gunner know better. This is why I didn't want her here. She causes issues for all of us. We never should have let her join the band again. She causes chaos between us. She made my brothers fall in love with her again, and now she went and got herself kidnapped. Nothing when it involves Sky is ever simple or easy.

"The restaurant was safe, or it was supposed to be," Creed continues explaining. It wasn't busy inside, we were able to see every patron. Whoever took her didn't come in the front door. Knox got the security cameras and his team is working on identifying the two people who kidnapped Sky. We have to get her back, we just have to."

"This is exactly why I told you and Gunner to stay the fuck away from her. Sky is trouble!" I growl, my fists clenching at my sides. "That girl has always been an issue for us and we were better off when she was gone. Now, she's been kidnapped and it's on us to fucking deal with again."

"Don't act like you don't give a shit, Sebsatian," Gunner shouts, storming across the room to get in my face. He forces me back until my back hits the wall behind me, and his index finger stabs me in the chest. "You care! Sky meant the fucking world to you, and she still does! Stop acting like a little bitch with his feelings hurt. We fucked up by not protecting her all those years ago, causing her to leave us the first time. I refuse to lose her again. If you are determined to keep fighting your feelings, then that's on you, but don't for one second think I don't see the fact that you are still in love with her."

"Fuck you, Gunner," I snarl, shoving him away and trying hard to ignore his words. He's not wrong, he never has been. Sky meant the world to me the first time we had her, and she still does now, despite how much I try to fight it. I don't like not having control, and that's exactly what Sky does to me. She takes all the control I try to have and rips it right out from underneath me. It's why I've been staying away from her except in my moments of weakness. "You don't know shit!"

"You can't hide your fucking feelings. So either help us find Sky, or get the fuck out of here and we’re done. I won't have you putting her more at risk just because you're too scared to admit how you feel," Gunner says, giving me one last shove into the wall for good measure.

"Can we not fight? Please," Creed begs, plopping down onto the couch. "Our focus needs to be on Sky. Once we have her back, then Bas can figure his shit out. Right now, Sky needs to be our focus."

He's right. The fighting between us isn't going to solve anything any faster. If anything it will just make everything worse. We need to get Sky back then we can figure this shit out between all of us once more. Gunner is also right, I still love Sky. Not that I'm going to admit that to either of my brothers right now and let them know they were right all along.

"What did the video show?" I ask, trying to get us back on track. I throw whatever money is necessary at finding Sky. I just need a place to start.

"Two men carried Sky out of the bathroom and through the backdoor of the restaurant. There was also a woman with them, but the video doesn't show her face," Creed answers with a broken voice. "We thought it was safe. We thought she'd be safe with all of us. That took guts for them to kidnap her when she was surrounded by members of Rockport Security."

"Does Knox have any leads?" my voice comes out as ice, trying to keep my composure in check. "We need to identify the males. From there we can figure out who the female is and why they wanted Sky."

"He said he would call as soon as he found anything out," Creed answers at the same time a knock sounds on the door. I'm there opening it before Creed can even stand.

"Anything?" I demand, swinging the door open to allow Knox and Valentina to enter.

"We have a lead," Knox answers, moving inside with a laptop open in his hands. He takes a seat on the couch next to Creed and the rest of us pile in around him. "These two guys are low level street thugs trying to make a name for themselves. They have some pretty long rap sheets but kidnapping is new for them. It looks like they are for hire thugs and will do just about anything for money. They don't have any murders on file but they have plenty of assaults."

"Is that supposed to make us feel better?" I snarl, barely stopping myself from picking up the laptop and throwing it across the room. That wouldn't solve any problems right now.

"Yes, actually. It means the police are familiar with them and know their hiding spots around town. It gives us a place to start looking for them. Thugs like these guys are easy to find. They don't have connections to any gangs so no one is loyal to them," Valentina explains before Knox has an aneurysm with how pissed he looks.

"That gives me a place to start looking," Gunner grunts, moving toward the door.

"Don't even think you are going alone," I shout, rising to my feet.

"Neither of you are going anywhere," Knox raises his voice and glares at both of us. "Everyone knows who you are. Your faces are plastered all around town. If you two, correction three," he adds a glare in Creed's direction, "go out and start scouring the city looking for Sky, it's going to put even more targets on her back. I called in more of my team. We have people who can find them for us."

"Who the fuck are you going to call in to go into the slimiest parts of this city hunting down two thugs?" Gunner demands through his locked jaw. "That first guy, with the tattoo of brass knuckles crossed on his arm, is a fighter. I know where to find those in this city. Street fighters won't just let anyone into their circle and give you answers."

"I know, which is why I called in one of my own. Trevor is a fighter, they will let him in. He can ask the questions that outsiders like me can't ask," Knox smiles like he just came up with the greatest idea.

"You called in, Trevor?" Valentina spins to glare at him. "You know he is going to lose his shit, and no one will come out of this alive. We need answers, not dead bodies."

"Which is why we need to let me go!" Gunner growls from beside me.

"Sorry, Gun, but I'm with Valentina on this. You will kill them also the second you get answers," I explain, shrugging when my brother turns to glare at me.

"What about Emma and the kids?" Valentina continues. "You know how important this time off is to them. We can handle this without calling him in."

"He's our best resource, Val," Knox sighs. "If we had another choice, trust me I would take it but we don't. Trevor is our best hope at getting answers and finding Sky as soon as possible."

"Uh, maybe we don't need him," Creed mumbles, standing in front of the open door.

"The fuck?" I snarl, heading toward him where a white box with a red bow is still in the ground outside the door. "Who the fuck put this here? We just had the door open not even five minutes ago."

"Bring it here," Knox instructs and Creed does as he says, placing the box on the coffee table. Knox shoves the laptop to the side and begins inspecting the box when he determines that it's safe he lifts the lid off it carefully.

"Is that?" I question, leaning forward trying to get a good look.
