"Here is some water for you, Sky," Emma hands me a glass. "Trevor is making some scrambled eggs and sausage for you. If you are still hungry we can make something else also."

"Thank you, Emma," I smile up at her. Trevor's wife is honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I was a little apprehensive of her at first, thinking that she would just be a spoiled brat considering who her father was but she is the complete opposite. I can understand why Trevor was head over heels in love with her since high school. She's like the big sister I never had, but wished I did.

My eyes search the room looking to see who all is here. It looks like everyone is. Sebastian is sitting in the armchair next to me, Creed is on the loveseat across from me with Valentina sitting next to him. I give both of them a small smile before moving my eyes along. Sitting at the kitchen counter are Knox and Steel, with Rome standing beside them. They were all around a couple of laptops but stopped what they were working on when Gunner and I came into the room. Trevor is in the kitchen cooking me food just like his wife told him to.

This is my family. Both of them. A small part of me settles with a sense of calm as I watch them all mingle and get along. I never thought both sides of me would be able to come together in a sort of harmony like this but they all proved me wrong. When it mattered the most they came together, for me. To save me.

"Thank you," I call out with tears in my eyes. "Thank you to each and every one of you for coming here to help me and save me, for loving me despite the hell I put you through."

"You never have to thank us, Sky," Valentina answers. "You're family. Even your crazy men."

"We're not crazy," Gunner grumbles from behind me. I move my elbow backward to hit him in the chest. He is crazy, they all are.

"When one of us is in trouble, you get the whole team. You know this," Knox answers with a smile. "You are my sister. There was no way I wasn't going to help you."

"I mean we could have done without your men crazy, but as long as they treat you right then I guess we can let you keep them for a little longer," Steel jokes next.

"Well, you all are kind of stuck with them if you want me around. Sebastian is sort of my husband soo," I draw out my last word watching as everyone in the room reacts. Creed and Gunner are chuckling, Valentina's eyes widen as she shakes her head no. Knox and Steel both jump to their feet and stand at the back of the loveseat. Rome hasn't left his spot next to the counter, where Trevor is now standing beside him.

"Pay up, babe!" Emma chuckles holding out her hand as she walks to her husband's side.

"I gotta know what this bet was." I laugh, enjoying the tortured looks everyone has.

"I knew you were married to one of them, I just wasn't sure which one. My hunch was Sebastian since he's so demanding." Emma's explanation actually makes sense. That's exactly why I married Sebastian in secret a few years ago. We wanted to make sure no one could come between any of us and Sebastian reasoned it made the most sense for me to marry him, I'd have the most protection if the record label ever tried anything. The others agreed, and we found ourselves at the courthouse filling out the paperwork and getting married.

"There is no damn way you are married to that asshole," Knox growls.

"Really, Sky?" Steel shakes his head. "The growly one? At least marry the one who takes everything in stride and is always happy."

"Thanks, man," Creed laughs, his eyes never leaving mine. "Love you, Computer Genius," he mouths when our eyes catch.

"Can we get back on track?" Sebastian questions. "Trevor, where's Sky's food? Steel did you find Alexandra?"

I shiver with his questions, the memories rising to the surface once again. Being kidnapped, the prison, the brute guarding me, and Alexandra going completely psycho. I wish it didn't happen. I wish none of it was true. I hope they found her there and that she hadn't escaped. I could barely string words together before basically collapsing in Sebastian's arms last night. Steel is usually good at putting things together, and I trusted him to figure it out.

"We found her," Steel answers. "Good job detaining her, Sky. You remembered our lessons. Proud of you."

I sit straighter with his praise. I was terrified through the whole ordeal but Rockport Security trained me right. It was like muscle memory tying all the knots. I had done them quickly so I was afraid Alexandra would have gotten away by the time I could tell everyone where she was. It's good to know she was still there for them to find her.

"What did you do with her?" I ask right as Trevor brings me a plate of food over. With no hesitation, I dive right in. I barely took the time to breathe as I scarfed down the food. Hungrier than I even realized I was.

"I called the police and explained the situation. They took her to jail where she is going to spend a long time of her life if we’re lucky. She was stupid and had the whole place under video surveillance that we were able to pull and show the cops. It had you being held in a cell and interrogated. As well as when she killed both her accomplices." Steel pauses and takes a deep breath before continuing. "Sky, I did some digging and made a few calls while we waited for you to wake up. What she said about her family. It's all true. I was able to find the paperwork about it."

"What about her family?" Sebastian demands in a controlled voice. The only sign of him about to lose his shit is how he clenches and unclenches his hands.

Steel cuts a look to me as if he's asking if it's okay to explain. With my mouth full of eggs I just nod. He can start to explain before I tell everyone exactly what was said.

"Alexandra's father was Freddy. Her uncle is William, the owner of Unchained Records. From what I could discover, William basically kept her hidden from her father as best as possible. When she was old enough she began working for her uncle to pay off the debt her mother was in to him for his protection. I'm not sure if he plays a part in everything though, I wasn't able to find out enough information." From where I sit I can tell Steel isn't happy. He isn't one for having unanswered questions. Sure he's the jokester and always tries to lighten the mood at work but when it comes down to it he can find out information on a person a lot faster than even I can sometimes.

"Sky, could you tell us what Alexandra told you?" Valentina asks with a bit of hesitation. I'm sure she's not wanting to make me drag up all the memories of what just happened but there's no way to escape it. This mess isn't done yet. Alexandra was just a pawn. We have a bigger fish to fry which means I need to tell everyone what I know.

"She told me what you just explained about who she is. She admitted that she killed Ezra in an effort to bring me back. She thought it would help bring in new ticket sales for concerts as well as bring more popularity to some of Damned Ember's older music. She also claimed that she was in love with me and was doing all this so that she could have me. She was convinced that my men would still hate me for leaving. She underestimated them and me. Alexandra also admitted that the band is precious to William." It isn't much, if anything, that we can use to our advantage other than proving she is a psycho and so was her father. I guess the saying the apple doesn't fall far from the tree is true.

"We need to speak with William," Creed demands. "I've had enough of him weaseling his way into our lives the last couple of years. We've dealt with his shit but enough is enough. It's one thing coming after us guys, it's a whole other thing going after Sky. I'm fucking done with Unchained Records.," he snarls, his breathing heavy with anger.

"We'll go speak to him once Sky is feeling better," Sebastian answers calmly. "I assume Alexandra is handled and you don't need our help with her?" He looks pointedly at Knox.

"She's handled. You all can go do what you need. Sky will be safe here with us," Knox answers. I'm not sure why he thought it was a good idea to tell my men to leave me behind, but he had to know that he was out of his mind to do so. There is no way they would let me out of their sights right now. Even Gunner's arms tightened at Knox's mention of me staying here.
