I move closer to her and lean my mouth close to her ear and say softly, “Do we need to talk to her about what happened?”
Emily looks thoughtful for a moment, then shakes her head. “I’ve already talked to her about it, and she’s working through it with her school therapist.”
I bite my lip and nod. “If you need anything from me, I’m here for both of you, okay? Just let me know how I can help.”
She squeezes my hand gently and gives me a small smile and a nod.
“Alright, sweet pea.” She walks over to Alissa, who is enthralled with her new doll. “You saw Andrew, you got a new doll, and now it’s time to sleep. You have school tomorrow."
Alissa looks like she wants to protest, but then yawns and nods. She heads back upstairs with Emily, giving me a small wave.
When Emily comes back, she smiles, “Alissa is out like a light. She fell asleep holding her new doll.”
I nod in reply and offer a hand for her to come close to me. Now she’s sitting on my lap, and I kiss her passionately.
My body warms up and we’re both breathing heavily in no time.
However, when I try to lean her over the couch, she pushes me away and says, “Okay, out!”
Groaning, I lean back and caress her cheek. “But I was so hopeful…”
Emily snorts and gets off my lap. “This is my parents’ couch. And anyone can walk down at any moment.”
I smile and then stand up, looking at her mischievously.
She cocks her head at me and snorts again, “What is that look for?”
I just shrug nonchalantly as I say, “Can I kiss you before I leave?”
She looks at me mistrustful and says uncertainly, “Yes…”
I grab her hand and immediately start walking out the living room and down the hallway.
“Where are you taking me, Andrew?” She is baffled but curious.
I turn to the second door on the right and enter what I know is the guest room, motioning for her to follow. I've stayed here a few times during high school, usually when Daniel and I stayed up too late for me to go home, and I'd end up crashing here.
As she steps through the door, I close it behind us and lock it from the inside.
“No one can walk in on us now,” I grin, proud of myself.
Emily just closes her eyes and giggles. She composes herself then says, “Why did you have to bring me here for a kiss?”
I look at her deviously, “I didn’t say where I was going to kiss you, did I?”
As her beautiful eyes go wide and her cheeks turn red, I immediately push her onto the bed, take off my jacket and lay it over a chair.
I look down at her, her long dark hair tousled from sleep and waiting for me to mess it up even more.
I get on my hands and knees over her on the bed and grab her hair, kissing her neck and feeling goosebumps already appearing on her skin. She smells citrusy and fresh, like a perfect cocktail just for me.
“I missed you so much,” I murmur against her neck.
She moans in reply, her fingers going to my hair, and she brings my lips to hers. I am hard already but I just want to take my time with her.
As I kiss her, I slide a hand under her shirt and hear her moan against my mouth as I gently bring my fingers to a nipple, gently teasing it between my fingers. I do the same to the other and when they are both hard, I gently slide her shirt up and over and then cup both her breasts with my hands.
“You are so beautiful,” I murmur, staring down at her longing eyes. Her back is already arching up as I bring my mouth to her breasts.
