“Surprise.Surprise,” I bit out defiantly, then whimpered as Dylan pressed the vibe against my clit.

In a matter of seconds, the threat of release thundered through me.Screams of need and panic tore from my throat.

“Don’t do it.”Nick’s commanding roar melded with my carnal shrieks.

“I…c-can’t…h-hold…back,” I wailed.

And just as I started to shatter, Dylan jerked the vibe away.

My screams of protest and pitiful sobs echoed off the walls.

“N-no more.P-please,” I begged.

“You hold the power to stop it,” Dylan replied, caressing his wide hand up and down my spine.“Answer the question, and we’ll let you shatter into a million pieces, kitten.”

“I don’t want to answer the fucking question, I just want to come,” I wailed.

“Whydon’t you want to answer it, our filthy-mouthed slut?”Nick growled.

“Because it’s personal,” I whined, sagging against the mattress.

“That’s all the more reason to tell us, little one.”

“No.Some things I want to keep private, all right? We’re not in a relationship. You simply giving me lessons.”

Nick wedged his burly arm beneath me before flipping me onto my back. Then he climbed onto the bed and hovered over me with a lethal scowl.

His words sliced me open like a scalpel.

“We’re not going to let you fall, little one,” he whispered.“Not today, not tomorrow, not even next week.”

“You can’t promise that.”My voice cracked as tears stung my eyes.“When this is over, you and Dylan will be back in Chicago, and I’ll…”

“You’ll what?”Dylan asked, climbing onto the bed beside me.

His eyes, brimming with warmth and compassion, unraveled me.

“I’ll go back to…to dreaming about all this.”

“You can do more than dream about it.”Dylan smiled, then bent and sipped the tear that escaped my eye.

“How?”I sniffed.

As he sat up, he and Nick exchanged a knowing glance before Nick subtly nodded.

“Mika. He’s the owner of Genesis and a good friend. We can reach out to him and ask him to find you a lifestyle group and a club you can join when you go back to Kansas City.”

“You can?”

“And we will,” Dylan confirmed.“There’s no way we’re going to open you up and draw out your submission without also giving you a safety net.Unfortunately, we can’t be that safety net, no matter how much we want to.”

The offer was a responsible one.

But the reality that I let myself envision where they would give me more than they could offer, along with losing my heart to them, burned like acid.

But what else could Nick and Dylan offer besides passing me off to some club or group in KC and hope I found a Dominant willing to claim me?

The sad truth was…nothing.
