Except he's not anymore.

Now, Wilder Cox is mine. And I plan on keeping him forever.

Epilogue

9 months later...

"Wilder," I moan, "I'm going to be late for my astronomy final."

He chuckles against my thigh before planting a sloppy kiss on my balmy skin. His mouth is... magical. Wet and wonderful and wild. Just like him.

He licks a sultry path through my soaked folds before kissing my lower stomach. Goosebumps raise on my skin as I let my head fall back and close my eyes. Wilder peppers a trail of kisses up my torso before wrapping his mouth around a pebbled nipple and sucking hard. I sigh as his lips move to my neck.

"Wilder," I mumble, his teeth grazing my earlobe.

"Ingrid," he coos.

"I'm going to be..." but the words die on my lips as he slides his arm between us, and he positions the tip of his cock at my entrance. Slowly and methodically, he inches himself into me, his tongue running along my scorching skin.

I want him. No, I need him. He's like water, and I'm parched in the middle of a dry, dusty desert.

His arms slide around my waist, and he tugs me closer to the edge of the bed. My feet hang off as he pummels into me, his breaths shallow and jagged in my ear.

"You still feel amazing," he mutters as he tightens his hold on me. "Even after all this time, you still feel amazing."

I smirk against his shoulder, breathing in his musky scent.

"I love you," he whispers against my skin. The words alone undo me, and I clench around his veiny shaft as my stomach muscles constrict and contract. He follows shortly after, his bare stomach rubbing against mine.

We collapse on my bed, both out of breath.

"That was amazing," he smiles.

"You always say that," I hide my face in his chest.

"That's because it's true," he replies as he kisses the top of my head.

"We've been doing this for a while," I remind him, "you don't have to charm me every time."

"I would never," he laughs as my fingertips draw circles on his toned chest.

"I'm sure you've said that to all the girls," I tease him.

"You jealous?"

I shift to look up at him. "Always."

"I've been thinking," he tries to hide a smile. "We should—"

"Shit," I jump up, cutting him off. "I have my astronomy final in fifteen minutes."

As fast as I can, I grab my clothes off my bedroom floor and put them on as Wilder sits up and watches me.

"Blondie," he calls out to me.

"What?" I ask as I button up my shorts.

"We need to talk," he cryptically states.
