Of course, the fucking creepy brothers are subscribers to my channel. I wonder if they’ve tipped for extras or had any special requests. I’ll have to have Dane and Chandler dive into my channel and see if they can figure out what their username is and block them.

“If you loved me, you wouldn’t have fucking sold me like I’m some piece of property. And I don’t fucking care about money or power! Don’t try to spin this as if you're doing me a favor. You don’t care about anyone but yourself. You're doing this to get yourself out of the shit you put yourself in. Don’t even fucking try to act like you have my best interest at heart.” My voice cracks with emotion. I’m trying my hardest to keep it together but my head is a mess right now.

My dad. My own fucking dad.

“Stop acting like a fucking brat,” he hisses, getting in my face. My eyes widen, taking a step back.

“A brat?” I blink at him in disbelief. “You fucking sold me! I have a pack already. Do you not see the mate marks on my neck!”

“That can be fixed with plastic surgery,” he says as if it’s not a big deal.

“Are you fucking kidding me right now?” I hiss, on the edge of hysteria. I shake my head. There’s no point. This man isn’t my dad. I don’t know who he is other than a stranger. He’s not going to listen to reason. He’s not going to save me. “What would Mom think if she found out about this?” And she will. The guys will tell her. There is no way my mom has anything to do with this.

“Don’t you bring her into this. I did this for her. She will see that I only wanted the best for her. I saved our house and our car. I did that.”

“By selling her fucking child!” God, this man is mentally unwell. “And if you think Mom would be okay with any of this, just for a fucking house and car, you don’t know her at all. She will hate you for this.”

“No, she won't!” he hisses. “Because she won’t ever find out.”

“You are so fucking stupid!” I shout, raising my voice. “I hate you. I fucking hate you and I hope you get locked up for this. I hope you lose everything.”

“Enough.” Jared is back, grabbing onto my arm and yanking me to him. “You're causing a scene. Let’s go introduce you and get this fucking over with.”

Jared drags me into the living room where everyone seems to have gathered. He pulls me to the front of the room and starts talking. His brothers join him, standing behind me. I don’t hear what he says, my eyes and attention are focused on my dad.

I’m wrecked, my heart utterly destroyed. I can’t believe he really did this. Over money. Over fucking money!

Whatever happens to him once I get out of this, I hope he fucking pays.

“And… we’re offline,” Chandler says, looking up at me. “We have to make this fast. Remember the plan?”

I nod. “We get in there, find the girls, get out.”

Dane nods. “Don’t stop for anything or anyone. You run.” My eyes widen when he hands me a damn gun. “Use this if you have to.”

“Wow.” I take it, the metal cool in my hands.

“Do you know how to use one?” Chandler asks.

“I’ve gone to the shooting range before. Aubrey wanted to learn a few years back, so we went with her.”

“Good.” Dane nods. “Aim to slow, not to kill. We will deal with the fallout later. Getting the girls out and safe is all that matters. Just use it as a last resort.”

“Ready?” I turn to Ledger. We’re dressed in wait staff uniforms. We may have knocked out the people in the catering van for them.

“Ready. Let’s go get our girls.”

Chandler stays in the car, making sure the cameras stay offline while we follow Dane.

We’re on high alert, aware of our soundings. When we get to the front gate, the guard they hired for the event steps forward.

He doesn’t even get a chance to say anything before Dane decks him in the face, knocking him out in one punch.

“Shit, man,” Ledger says in awe. “I’m not sure if I should be afraid of you or turned on.”

“Ledger,” I growl in warning, a hint of jealousy hitting me.
