Up until that point, I had some doubts whether to toy with her for a while and then let her go. However, the way she ran from me made me excited. She was like a deer in headlights — aroused, yet utterly terrified.

Storm had that dark side inside of her, and I couldn’t wait to bring it out.

When I arrived, all the lights in the house were turned off. It was weird, since I deliberately left them on. I learned a lot about Storm, and she had a fear of darkness.

In one of her books, her main character was afraid of darkness, too. However, the writing, the descriptions, made me curious. It was too detailed to be only a part of the story. It was definitely about her.

When I stepped inside, I turned on the lights in the hallway, and then walked towards the stairs. On the left side was the living room, and that was where Storm was.

She was sleeping on the couch, shivering. One of her hands was underneath the decorative pillow, whilst the other one rested underneath her cheek.

She looked like an angel, so peaceful.

I approached her, carefully, getting down on my knees in front of her. Her soft skin was right in front of me, and her scent almost made me lose it.

Her hair fell over her shoulder. Slowly, I took one strand that almost fell over her eyes and twirled it around my finger. By every standard, this woman was beautiful. Even her hair felt like silk to touch. However, to me, she was like a goddess.

Storm was the only person I’d ever found enthralling. I wasn’t sure if it started with that awful letter of hers, or with the book I’d read. Perhaps, it was because of how she said she wanted a man to do all the things she’d written about.

Perhaps, that was exactly why I wanted to bring all her fantasies to life.

Our time together was limited, but I’d make sure it was unforgettable. She’d remember my touch, my face and my voice years after I was gone. I’d make a permanent mark on her, just like she did on me.

And there was nothing that could stop me.

You closed all the curtains, and I can no longer

see you. Why would you do that to me, Bambi?

Did you think it’ll stop me?

On the contrary, it only makes me want

you more.

IX

STORM

It was a dream, I could tell.

But I had no control over it. It was like lucid dreaming, but without the ability to actually do anything I desire in this hallucination. Everything was pitch black, aside from the light above me that was flickering from time to time, providing enough luminescence for me to see ahead of me.

I was naked, entirely.

I could feel a soft breeze hit my body, making goosebumps appear all over my skin. My breathing was heavy, and my heart rate picked up the pace.

He was here, too.

His rough hands were tracing some designs on my stomach. To my surprise, his hands were tender, but his touch was anything but. It was as if he tried to suffocate me by merely caressing my skin.

I bit my bottom lip and could feel blood filling my mouth from my teeth marks. My eyes closed, and for reasons unknown to me, I allowed him to continue touching me.

His other hand was in my hair, slowly twirling a strand around his finger.

I didn’t see his face, but I knew it was him.

He was the only person with so much power over me, and the only person whose dominance I could feel. I didn’t need to see his face to know that this was him touching me, that it was him making me feel this way.
