“I was thinking more about being his friend.”

“He loved you and he loved Walker. I think he would’ve accepted it. Mother, on the other hand, will be mortified when she finds out. Did you let her know?”

I roll my eyes upward. “No!”

There’s a small rap on the wooden door. The handle lowers and Seb, Ava’s partner, a gorgeous beta with an English accent that even I find sexy, walks inside. “They’re getting anxious down there.” He walks to the window and points toward the end of the clifftop.

“Are they turning into growly alphas?” I ask and laugh as I stare at my handsome alphas waiting with the celebrant.

“Aren’t all alphas growly?” he states as he walks to Ava, kissing her on her lips. “I love you,” he whispers, but I still overhear.

My heart races with joy as I watch my sister and Seb. “So, when’s the big day?” I tease.

“When he finally asks me,” she laughs, gesturing to Seb.

Seb’s eyes widen in surprise before he pulls her close and whispers something in her ear, and her laughter fills the air.

“What did he say?” I ask. I know I’m too meddlesome for my own good.

“After the next job,” she replies.

“Job? What exactly do you do?” I’ve asked her so many times, but she’s always diverted the question.

“Make money,” she replies, just like she always does.

“Lots of it?” I assume. I’ve seen the boat she lives on. It can’t be cheap to run.

Ava’s lips stretch into a wide grin. She lifts one shoulder and says, “The job is more fun than the money. But I need money if I want nice things.”

I narrow my eyes as another knock echoes through the room. She glances at the door, waiting for someone to enter. “It’s time for you to get married and stop worrying about my life.”

I groan. I’ll never find out anything today.

“I’m on my way!” I yell.

My wedding was a dream come to life, every detail from the venue on the cliff top overlooking the Mediterranean Sea to the carefully crafted words my alphas promised.

Everything was flawless. And it’ll be etched in my memory forever.

From the way the sun warmed my skin and shimmered over the glistening water, to the sweet scent of roses and jasmine that filled the air, mingling with the smell of my alphas as I walked toward them.

My heart swelled seeing how gorgeous they all looked in their white shirts and pants. But it was seeing the love they had for me that clarified this pack was mine.

And now my bond is full of happiness and love.

“Thank you both for coming,” Gabe says as I hug Ava and Seb before watching them leave for home.

Their home being a fifty-foot motor yacht that’s currently moored in the marina just below the villa Walker bought on a whim the last time we were here.

Our vacation home.

I know he did it to give me something that keeps me close to Ava.

The cozy home is nestled on the northwest side of Majorca. It’s less touristy and more rural than where Ava lives and I love it.

Gabe wraps his arm around my shoulder and presses his lips against my temple. “Love you.”

I rest my head on his shoulder and watch Ava turn and give me one last wave.
