It’s to keep the blood from rushing into my cock.

There’s ignoring how good she felt. And there’s definitely no denying how badly I want more.

Last night, after I’d dealt with all the shit a king has to deal with, I went back to my room and sat down at my laptop again.

That video loop filled up my screen. I barely even had to touch my cock. Just the memory of how those trembling thighs felt straddled around my waist brought me so close to heaven that I could taste it.

But tasting just wasn’t enough anymore. At one point, I laid the remote back out in front of me and started to turn the dial to match the looping video.

The idea of having so much power over such a strong woman made me climax. And even after I’d stained my carpet with cum, I kept the dial turned up, just to assert my domination over her.

But it must not have worked. Because the Black Cat is a no-show.

Maybe she’s just angry at me. That, or something is wrong.

There is another possibility, though. One that I don’t even want to consider…

“Are you sure she got your message?” Maksim asks.

He doesn’t know the exact details of how I’ve been controlling my nemesis. But I’ve given him hints, and he knows enough to understand how perplexing her absence is.

“I’m sure,” I growl. “Maybe she’s with that new friend of hers.”

A pinprick of jealousy grows inside my chest, and I decide I’ve done enough waiting.

With one last look around the shabby warehouse, I head to the door.

“If she is with the man from the restaurant, then that’s her mistake,” Maksim reminds me. “We should be getting info on that fucker any second now. He’ll lead us right to her.”

My uncle has put some of our best spies on the case of figuring out who Rozalia and Tytus’ fancy dinner date guest was.

About two hours ago, they got their first clue. They’ve been following that thread ever since, promising to update us as the information becomes available.

“Whoever he is, I’ll make sure to pay him a nice visit.”

Shoving the remote back into my pocket, I pull out my phone and push my way outside.

It’s a beautiful calm morning. But I don’t sit around to smell the flowers. I’m immediately nose deep in my phone, re-checking the signal on Rozalia’s tracking device.

It’s still scrambled.

My pinprick of jealousy shivers into another momentary bout of concern.

Something feels off.

In order to scramble a tracker as strong as the one I’ve stuck in her, she’d need to be carrying around a miniature nuclear reactor’s worth of radiation.

It’s not safe to keep that on you for this long.

But shit, maybe that’s her preferred birth control method.

Still, something tells me there’s a more nefarious reason behind her efforts.

Either that, or it’s not her blocking me off.

Whatever the case, one thing’s certain.

Whoever’s keeping me from her is going to pay.
