“Holy fuck balls, did you get your results!?” She says excitedly and I grin.

“Yep!” I say popping the ‘p’.

“Well?” She practically yells.

“I passed!”

“I knew it! This means that you’re coming to the academy right?”

I barely manage to nod before she just carries on talking.

“I’d say you’re going to love it there but honestly some days it sucks balls. I mean yesterday we …” she suddenly stops talking as a hand covers her mouth and Nate’s face comes into view.

“Sorry Sage but we aren’t allowed to tell you anything until you’re actually here. School rules.” He says rolling his eyes and then yelping as he suddenly lets go of Erin’s mouth, “Did you just bite me?” He asks incredulously as Erin sits there with a giant grin on her face.

Jett appears in the shot and kisses her passionately before pulling back and smirking at her dazed look.

“That’s my girl!” He mutters.

“Dude, you’re supposed to be on my side!” Nate exclaims.

“Who says?” Jett grins and they disappear off camera again.

By this point I’m practically on the floor I’m laughing so hard at their antics. Once I’ve calmed down a bit, to the point where I can actually breathe anyway, what Nate said finally fully registers.

“Hang on what do you mean you can’t give us details because of school rules, seriously?”

“Yeah, I really can’t tell you. I would, you know, I would but the consequences are severe and somehow the academy always know when someone breaks the rules.” She says, her face, which was moments ago filled with humour, now shrouded in seriousness.

“Wow, ok,” I frown.

“Sorry.” she says again.

“Don’t be, I get it.” I reassure her, it’s not her fault that she can’t tellme. “We wanted to ask you something actually, we don’t think it would be wise to arrive at the academy unarmed, call it a gut instinct,” I begin to say and Erin nods vigorously, as one of her guys shoots her a warning look and she mimes locking her lips, “however we have to fly for the first part of the journey and we have no idea how we can get them through airport security?” I explain hoping she has a solution because honestly I’m stumped.

“Oh yeah I get it. Any of your guys good with computers?” She asks and Levi nods his head.

“Yeah, why?”

“Well there’s a specific document that will allow you to carry whatever the fuck you want on board an aircraft. I’ll get Damon to send it over to you. You guy’s will have to fill it out with relevant information and link up your photo’s. Not entirely hard to do with no tech knowledge but infinitely easier if someone has it. I’m actually surprised your dad didn’t tell you about it. It’s standard for all new students to have the form since nine times out of ten they either have a background in the military, the police or are the kinds of people that always like to be armed anyway.”

“I’m sure it just slipped his mind.” I say as the wheels in my head start turning, it seems a pretty big thing for him to just forget to tell me though.

I share a look with Erin, clearly on the same page.

“I’ve sent it to your encrypted address Levi!” Damon calls from offscreen.

I keep forgetting that these guys have met before and although they’re all new to me they aren’t to each other.

“Thanks dude, I’ll sort it now. It shouldn’t take me long.” He replies, hopping up off the couch and running upstairs, presumably to get his laptop.

I turn my attention away from watching Levi’s ass as he runs up the stairs and back to Erin, who smirks.

“You were so just perving!” She chuckles making the guys pay attention.

“Oh yeah definitely, I freely admit it. Levi’s got a gorgeous ass!” I grin and chuckle as Levi pauses on the way back down the stairs and lets an inhuman growl escape as he smirks at me, flashing a bit of fang, the newest development in the demon thing. Levi has small fangs now that make an appearance as regularly as his red eyes, claws and growl.

I fucking love them.
