Pointing at the elevator, he followed his partner there and the whole time, Gene was laughing.
Oh, he was out of his damn mind.
“You were supposed to wait!”
He giggled.
“I missed you? I don’t like being away from you, pretty man,” he sang.
Oh, someone was beyond high.
“I had to take another pill,” he stated. “I feel good.”
Oh, he bet he did.
As for making the spectacle, how was he supposed to get angry with him? His man was nursing an injury while carrying his brother after coming here to save him.
Ethan just laughed.
He laughed even more when the elevator opened, and a couple was standing there.
The looks on their faces said it all.
They were horrified.
Gene was holding Callen, and Ethan was holding Gene’s hand in his.
Yeah, he knew what it looked like to the people outside of the elevator.
A threesome gone really wrong.
“Don’t ask,” Gene said. “He can’t hold his liquor,” he said, slapping Callen on the ass.
Well, that did it.
The couple hustled away, and the doors closed.
“Jesus Christ,” Ethan said, laughing. “Callen won’t be able to step off the rez if we keep this up,” he admitted.
Gene just shrugged.
When they opened again on the fifth floor, Gene carried Callen down the hall and had to lean on the wall.
“The hall is spinning,” he muttered.
Oh, boy.
The big man was about to go down.
Luckily, they got Callen into his room, after Ethan opened the door. Once there, he handed Gene the key to their room.
“Go in there. I’ll get him situated.”
Gene saluted, grabbed his man, and kissed him with all he had. It was the hottest kiss, and it woke Ethan’s body up.
When Gene broke it, he palmed his lover’s cheek.
“Mine,” he said.
