Saying it out loud made coldness slide through me.
Kill.
Dead.
Gone.
He was really…gone.
Bianca was side eyeing me. I didn’t like the way she was looking at me like this shit was my fault. I didn't kill anyone. I instigated at the most. The rest of that shit wasn't on me. Besides, Gianna raised the stakes when she attacked me. Bruised up my face. I was still covering up marks with heavy foundation because of her.
Fuck Gianna.
Rolling my eyes, I stood to head to my suite and prepare for my client. As soon I exited, I bumped smack dab into that kumbaya ass bitch—Wisdom. "Damn—excuse you?" I snarled rolling my eyes.
Something about the look in her eyes irritated the fuck outta me. She stared at me coldly for a second before she slowly stepped aside.
I stalked past her.
I was sick of Siren House and all these nosy whores. I needed to find a fresh territory because this whole scene was getting old and tired.
Chapter 61
"Why you always so mean to me, gorgeous?" Boogie asked smoothly in my ear as I hung up clothes in me and Gianna's new townhome.
"I'm not mean." I rolled my eyes playfully. "You just used to gassing bitches up and they believe it."
"I'm not gassing you though." I heard the smile in his voice. "I like you."
"Mmhm." I smirked. "You like thispussy, that's all."
"Ilovethat pussy," he corrected with a chuckle. "But I like the woman attached to it even more."
"Tell me anything, Boogie."
"You don't believe me?"
"No," I laughed.
"Check this out then—I wrote you a poem."
I paused my task; hand planted on my hip. "Oh, this should be good." I waited, highly amused.
"Roses are red. Pussies are pink…" he paused dramatically. "Every time I see Ronnie, I can no longer think."
I burst out laughing. "You're corny and ridiculous."
He laughed. "I'm trying to penetrate your soul, girl. Not just your body."
My call waiting beeped. I held the phone out brows furrowing when I saw the caller. "Boog, I gotta talk to you later. Somebody on my other line."
"That bet not be your other nigga when your man right here."
I laughed in exaggeration. "Yeah aight. Bye, Boogie." Hanging up I clicked over. "Wisdom? Hey. What's good?"
"Ronnie—" she exhaled slowly. "You need to get to Siren House right now."
"Why?" I asked pulse already speeding up.
