The server appraises me briefly, then she turns on her heel and hurries off toward the counter.

“You’re impossible,” I say when she’s out of earshot.

“Whatcha mean?” Wes pretends to look oblivious, but he isn’t fooling anyone.

“Just… Your mouth has a life of its own, doesn’t it?”

His face transforms, his eyes darkening to a deep blue. Then he leans over the table, his voice a low hum when he speaks. “You didn’t seem to mind my mouth in the shower.”

I swallow as images of earlier invade my mind. Wes’ hands on me, the words spilling from his lips, his hungry eyes roaming my body. “That was different,” I rasp.

He nods, then leans back in his seat, crossing his arms over his chest. The muscles of his shoulders flex behind his T-shirt, and I recall how he wrapped his hand around my wrist and pulled me with him into the stall. How assertive he was. How sure of himself. It was such a huge fucking turn-on.

“You really don’t remember me?” he asks. “From back home? From high school?”

I shake my head. It’s nothing personal, I want to say. I really don’t remember much from that time. Everything was drowned out by practice, competitions, and personal bests that were never good enough. I wish I could remember him. I wish I’d had a friend like Wes back in school. Maybe things could’ve been different. I rub at my chest, jealous of this Dennis guy—a guy I don’t remember either.

The food arrives, and our table turns into an all-you-can-eat buffet. I wonder where he puts it all. Wes seems to read my mind and laughs. “I don’t eat like this every day, but S-E-X makes me hungry.” He waggles his eyebrows, then reachesfor the scrambled eggs and bacon. When he’s piled half onto his plate, he hands them to me. “Better stack up on protein.”

“Jesus,” I mumble, but I can’t hide the smile tugging at my mouth. Within seconds, Wes starts scarfing down forkfuls of food, humming around every bite like he’s never tasted anything this good before.

I swallow, recalling how the flavor of his cum exploded on my tongue earlier, the heady tart taste of man. I can’t wait to blow him, to swallow down his entire load. Maybe next time, because I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a next time.

“Don’t just swallow your food. It’s not good for you.”

Wes tilts his head, dipping out his tongue and licking his fork. “Okay. I won’tswallowmy food then.” His eyes grow dark with trouble, and my dick hardens… I can’t get over how fucking sexy he is.

“You’ve never been with a guy before? Not even… Dennis?”

Wes’ lips curl, his eyes growing huge, the fork hovering in front of his lips. “Eww, no! Seriously, dude? Just… no.”

“What? He’s not hot?” I can’t help chuckling at the way Wes is gaping at me.

“I don’t know. I guess, maybe, but no.” He shakes his head, his bangs falling into his eyes, and he has to finger them back. “It would be like… You know, kissing your brother. Not that I have a brother, I’m an only child, but you know what I mean.”

“So I’m your first?” I wince at my words, because shit, that sounded a little needy. Wes doesn’t seem to notice, though, too busy piling pancakes onto his plate.

“Yep.” Unfazed, he pours an obscene amount of syrup onto his mountain of pancakes. He regards his plate, then looks up at me. “What?”

“Nothing.”

“You waiting for me to have a freakout or something?”

I kind of am. “No. I’m not waiting for you to do anything.”

“Good to know,” he says, diving in, humming around every bite. I grab a pancake too, but I’m not really hungry. I usually have a large breakfast after running, but the unexpectedness of this morning has completely thrown me off my routine.

When Wes has cleaned his plate, his gaze dips to mine. “Not a fan of buckwheat after all?”

“Oh. Nah, it’s not that. I’m just full.”

“Okay.” He gestures at my plate with his fork. “You mind if I…?”

“Nope. Knock yourself out.”

“Cool.” He stabs the pancake, then drops it onto his plate and drowns it in syrup. I sip my coffee, my eyes fixed on Wes. Does he ever stop smiling? He acts like eating itself brings him immense joy. When he’s finished, he leans back in his seat with a deep sigh. His eyes are glued to my chest, while he licks excess syrup off his lips.

I swallow, feeling flustered under his hot gaze. “What?” I ask, noticing how guttural my voice sounds.
