She glares at me, but there’s a slight curve of her lip. Opening her bag, she brings out a bag of popcorn and throws it onto my lap. “Eat that and shut up.” She grumbles, moving away.
“Love you, Babe!” I grin, opening the bag of popcorn and shoving a handful into my mouth.
“Love you too.” She sends a backward glance before walking out of the double doors.
Grinning, I lean back into the chair and shovel another handful of popcorn into my mouth. Sweet and buttery, my absolute favorite. Glancing across the rink, I look at Greyson just in time to see him save a goal. And as I look at him, I’m transported back to his bedroom where not only did we agree to “fake” date, but he also confessed to being a virgin and wanting my help tutoring him in all things sex related.
When he asked, it was at the tip of my tongue to tell him to ask Callie instead because she’s more adventurous in that department, but something in the back of my mind stopped me from speaking those words out loud. Maybe it’s becauseIwas the one he was trusting with his deepest secret, andIwas the one he wanted to learn from.
In a way I was kind of ashamed to admit to him that I barely had enough experience as it was to tutor him in sex, especially to do with fingering and getting eaten out. Kyle might’ve fingered me a few times—enough times for me to count on one hand—but eating my pussy? Apparently that was too much for him. I’d argue that cheating was too much, but we can’t always win.
So that ultimately led to me doing my own research. With a little google, numerous porn videos, and hopefully the books I’m going to ask Callie to borrow when I get home, I’ve established phase one of our tutoring session, due to commence…I have no idea when.
“Nice save, Montgomery!” Coach Gillingham hollers across the rink causing my eyes to dart up to Greyson.
He takes a glove off, followed by his helmet and runs his hand through his hair—I don’t know why my thighs clench when he does that, but they do. Zeroing my eyes on his lips, I'm once again in his bedroom where he’s confessing that I was actually his first kiss.
Although it wasn’t technically a kiss, just my lips brushing over his, I still felt guilty when he told me. He was comforting me, and I decide to not only kiss him, but steal his first kiss. A kiss that he should’ve been saving for when he was ready. A kiss I had no right to take.
It’s just a kiss—his words echo around in mymind. And in a way, he’s right. But he’s also wrong. First kisses are meant to mean something, at least to me anyway.
It’s all about the anticipation, the build up, how giggly you get before leaning in and pressing your lips to theirs. Your first kiss shouldn’t be from someone who probably had snot coming out of their nose, and salty tears running down their cheeks.
But when he told me he could kiss me right now, I encouraged him. I told him to do it. And holy fuck, how had he never kissed before? Because that kiss was powerful, and not at all what I was expecting. And I wanted to do it again, a million times over.
The whistle blows making me jump which causes my notepad to fly to the ground. Groaning, I lean down to grab it, but when I realize it's gone under my chair, I groan again. Standing up, I get down onto my knees and search under the chairs, grinning to myself once I finally have it in my hand again.
“Hey, daydreamer.” Greyson’s voice cuts through the air, not only causing me to jump for the second time in not even a minute, but it also makes me bump my head against the bottom of the chair.
Ouch.
“Fuck.” I hiss, rubbing at my head as I slowly slide back and start to stand.
“Holy fuck, Lil-Bug, are you okay?” He winces, taking a step toward me and tilting my head down. “No blood, which is a good sign.” He says, running his fingers through my scalp, and I moan.
I fucking moan.
How embarrassing. But in my defense, having my hair played with…it sort of turns me on.
“Daydreamer?” I question what he said when he first came up here.
“Yeah,” he grins, taking a step back and pushing his hand through his sweaty hair. And once again, my thighs clench. “Whenever I looked up at you, you’d always been in your own little world, daydreaming.”
He watches me?
“Oh.”Oh?
Reaching down, I pick up my tote bag from the chair and place my notepad inside before pulling it onto my shoulder. Shivering from the cold, I pull my cardigan around me tighter and wrap my arms around me too for extra warmth.
Greyson reaches his hand out, touching the back of his hand against my cheek. “Did you not bring a coat with you?” He asks.
“Uh, no.”
Shaking his head, he curses under his breath. “You’re freezing.”
Shrugging my shoulder, I walk past him so I can get out of here and into a warmer area. “It’ll be warm in the conference room.” I reply, not bothering to look back at him.
Pushing the door open, I step into the corridor and go to turn right, but Greyson grabs a hold of my arm and drags me to the left.
