Rupert sighed heavily. “If I could just not go out, then I don’t have to wear anything at all.”
Winston lifted his brows. Rupert huffed. “But then I have to stare at all my stretch marks.”
“That could also be a bit of a problem.”
Rupert folded his arms. “So—I don’t know.”
“It seems the best we can hope for is an attitude adjustment.”
“Yes, but how thehellcan we make that happen?” Rupert stared at him for a second, then pulled out one of the other chairs and slumped into it. “I mean, you can tell me to think positive all you like, and I can parrot back whatever platitude you think I ought to, but I don’t know that it fixes … how I actually feel.”
Winston was silent for a very long time. “Well,” he said at length, “if you say it enough, perhaps you’ll begin believing it.”
Rupert scoffed and looked away. Winston sat down in the chair beside him. “About all I can do is tell you that I think you are very attractive, and if you let me, I’ll show you precisely how attractive I think you are.”
Rupert glowered at him. “You’re just trying to get into my pants.”
“Love, you’re notwearingpants.”
Rupert stared at him, then started to laugh because the joke was truly awful. “You’re ridiculous,” he said, giving the alpha’s shoulder a half-hearted push.
“I only speak the truth,” the lawyer said, tilting his head up.
Rupert hesitated, then said, “All right. What would you do to me if I let you have your way with me?”
Winston’s eyes flashed when he opened them, his dark gaze bright as he looked down at Rupert. “First,” he said, “I’d get you to sit on my face.”
Rupert knew he turned crimson. “I’d crush you.”
“If there is a better way to die, I don’t know it.”
“Oh” was all Rupert could say, violently shaking his head. He glanced cautiously back at the alpha. “Then what?”
Winston smirked. “Then I would put you on your knees,” he said.
“I’m tired just thinking about it,” Rupert grumbled.
“Or you could lie down,” Winston suggested, and Rupert lifted a brow.
“How wouldthatwork.”
“We could have a demonstration, if you like.”
Rupert snorted. “No. Go back to the part where you eat me out.”
“We could do that right here, right now,” the alpha said.
“I’m talking hypothetically,” Rupert retorted. He sighed and leaned back in the chair, tucking his hands behind his head. “I’m very much not in the mood.”
“Are you sure?” Winston asked, leaning over. He cupped Rupert’s chest first, and Rupert glared down at the way the alpha was forcing his breasts up.
It was … nice. He hadn’t realized how heavy they were.
Winston skimmed down his sides, then nudged his hand between Rupert’s thighs, touching him through his clothing. He gave the blond a curious look. “Hm?”
Rupert shifted. “Maybe,” he said, and Winston smiled, glancing down.
“I’ll have to work harder then, hm? All right.”
