He lets me fall back to the floor, then pushes even deeper inside me. He’s panting too. He pushes his snout against my throat. “My omega,” he growls. “Mine, my—”

His teeth catch skin, and my breath freezes in my throat. He bites me, harder. “Oh fuck,” I groan. I can’t take anymore. I feel like I’m short-circuiting. My breath hitches again.

He pulls away, too much and too little all at once. He shifts inside me and I moan, miserably. My stomach hurts. My ass hurts. Everything hurts, and now the ache is painful, the kind that won’t be relieved even if I could just come already.

My stomach’s cramping. My legs are cramping. I need out of this position, but moving is painful.

“Stay still,” Sobek commands. His voice is rough.

“I can’t.” My breath is coming faster. “I can’t, I can’t take it—”

Tears burn at the edges of my eyes. Sobek catches my chin, turns my head to look at him. “You can,” he assures me, locking eyes with me. “You are doing just fine. Just a little longer.”

I whimper, then catch my lip with my teeth. My stomach cramps again, sharp, jarring pain searing through me.

Sobek pushes his snout against my mouth, then licks me. It takes me a second to realize he’s trying to mimic kissing me.

He gives me a frustrated growl a second later, then licks my tears. “Don’t cry,” he whispers harshly against my ear. I can’t tell if it’s a command or meant to be soothing.

I hiccup. Another sharp wave of pain makes me grit my teeth. I can’t take much more of this.

I almost scream when he comes loose and pulls out of me. I’m not sure what hurts more—being held in the same position or finally being released. Either way, my insides are livid with me. I curl into the fetal position, wrapping my arms around my stomach, ignoring the cum practically gushing out of me as I desperately seek relief.

Sobek lands a heavy hand on my flank, rubs my side. “Such a good omega,” he croons.

I want to go rinse off, to curl up on the nest of blankets and furs, until the pain subsides. But I can’t get up. I’m dizzy and my limbs aren’t working right.

I give Sobek a desperate look, hoping he somehow intuits what I want. What I need.

I must look pathetic, because he picks me up without a word and hauls me to the bathroom.
