Four survivors.

Not one.

Four men buried on paper and transferred into a system that officially didn’t exist.

Fathom enlarged the original roster.

Wade’s team had consisted of seven operators.

“What happened to the other three?” Sniper asked.

“Listed as killed during the operation.”

“Bodies recovered?”

“No.”

“Then we don’t know whether they died.”

“No,” Fathom agreed. “We don’t.”

Sarah’s attention remained on Wade.

Five years ago, she had believed her brother died with his entire team.

Now she knew at least four walked away from the operation alive.

“There’s more,” Fathom said.

He opened a transportation manifest.

Military aircraft.

Classified clearance codes.

Transfer authorization.

The document had been damaged, but the destination field remained intact.

BLACK SITE THETA

Nobody recognized the name.

Nobody except Sarah.

Color drained from her face.

Rook saw it immediately.

“What is it?”

Sarah stared at the words.

“No.”

Rook stepped closer. “Sarah.”

She looked at him.
