“She will,” Master Aiden interjects, pushing past all of them to finally stand next to me. “You

seem like such a good girl, and I’m sure you’ll have no problems standing up to the big bad surgeon.

Am I right?”

His fingers graze my cheek for a moment before he slides his knuckle under my chin to tilt my

head up. What does he want me to say? I would hope that when the time came, I’d say ‘red’ or

whatever our agreed-upon safe word is, but what if I can’t? What if I don’t?

Master Spencer clears his throat, breaking the spell weaving around us. “She needs to finish

setting up. So, if you’re not going to help, I suggest you find your seat.”

“Actually,” Master Aiden counters, “that’s why I’m here.” Turning back to me, he smiles, but it

doesn’t feel soft and kind like Master Kawan. This smile is knowing, tempting, taunting. “I was

wondering if you had a demo bottom. I’d love to make up for what happened.”

“I-I—” Glancing around, I look for my support, but they’ve already drifted off to their seats,

leaving Master Aiden and I somewhat alone.

The only people making it obvious that they’re listening in are Klara and Kit. Both of them stare

Master Aiden down while Klara takes two fingers, points them at her eyes then shoves them forward

at him. Kit, on the other hand, is much more violent in her gestures. She takes her thumb and slides it

across her throat as she pins him with a glare.

“I guess they don’t like me all that much. But what about you, little therapist? Is it safe to assume

you like me at least a little?” He holds up his hand and holds his pointer finger and thumb apart,

keeping the distance as wide as he can.

Smirking, I reach out and press the fingers closer together, making the space between rather small.

When he looks down, he feigns a look of shock that makes me want to laugh.

“I guess I’ll take what I can get. But seriously. Let me make it up to you. Let me be your demo

bottom. I can take your worst.”

“You can’t handle my worst. Trust me. I’ve had bodybuilders nearly tap out. Don’t tempt me

because a lot of people underestimate me. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I can’t bring you

to your knees. Granted, I won’t, because I value the Hippocratic Oath, but just know that I can.”

“Oh really?” He leans in closer, until his breath fans across my forehead, sending chills down my

spine. “You really think you can make me safe word or tap out? I highly doubt that. Massage
