table.
It was fine. I was fine. But now, the lines are murky and Master Aiden is throwing money at me,
and I have no idea what to do with it. I don’t want to come across as ungrateful, but I’m still worried
about what those hidden expectations might be.
We’re not even officially a couple.
This is our first fucking date.
Sighing, he pulls his hands back and steeples his fingers, resting his lips on the point. “I need you
to tell me what’s wrong. Are you uncomfortable at the idea of spending the night with me? Is this
moving too fast for you? Because, if it is, I have no problem eating dinner and taking you home. I’ll
even allow you to get yourself off tonight. No hard feelings.”
“It’s not that,” I croak out, my throat dry as I stare at him. “I just… I don’t know what you want
from me.”
His gaze turns molten, sending arousal dripping into my veins. “If you don’t know that by now, I
suppose I have to make my intentions more clear.” Leaning forward so no one else can hear, he
whispers, “I want to fuck you so hard you have trouble walking the next day. I want my cock so far
down your throat that your nose grinds into my lower abdomen. I want you to scream my name as I
draw orgasm after orgasm from your willing body. I want you so delirious with need that you can’t
even spell your own name. Does that clear it up?”
My jaw drops at his lurid words, and I can’t deny the effect they have on my body. Squirming in
my seat, I grip my purse, letting the bite of discomfort keep me grounded. “Yeah, that’s clear.”
“Any other questions?”
“I’m honestly not sure. It’s a little hard to think with those visuals floating around in my head.
Master Aiden leans back, a smirk tilting up his lips. “Well, you’re always free to ask me anything.
You may not like the answer, but I’ll never take offense to it.”
We both sit there, silent, as a waiter steps up and takes our drink orders. I think he rattles off the
specials of the night as well, but I don’t hear a word he says. My brain is far too buzzy from Aiden’s
intensity.
“I think we need a few more minutes. What do you think, Lila?” he asks.
Blinking, I look first at Master Aiden’s grin and then over to the waiter’s expectant gaze. “Um.
Yes. A few minutes for me too.”
