Thankfully, Bastian was right there gripping me, and he lifted my leg onto the counter, burying his shaft deeper, and I squeaked loudly as he fully bottomed out. When I felt myself unravel, I called out, and in a flash, Bastian had me up again, my back smacking against his chest as he pressed my hips into the counter.
“Let the entire horde hear you.”
His teeth found my neck, and I shattered, moaning so damn loud. “Fuck!”
My walls clamped around him, his knot thrumming in response as I came, utterly unable to keep my eyes open as his bite made my nerves go haywire. Instinct gripped me in seconds, that need to mark him as mine as well. I pulled Bastian’s arm around me and bit down near his elbow.
“Ugh!” Bastian’s knot swelled, and his thrusts became stuttering jerks as he came. So much warmth filled me, and I floated above the earth as his body gave way to mine, emptying every drop of his release deep inside me.
My legs were Jell-O as I stood there, coming down from the orgasm and breathing hard. While Bastian’s knot deflated, the two of us shared gentle touches and soft kisses as I wobbled on my feet.
“Come on, back to the shower.” Bastian hummed, picking me up and carrying me over to the stall once we could separate.
“I just got clean,” I mumbled, slightly annoyed.
“Yes, but we got you dirty again.”
I craned my neck to smile up at him as he sat me on the tile bench in the shower. “It was totally worth it.” I giggled.
“Yes, it was. And this will be too. Let me wash you.”
I hummed as an answer, more noodle than person, as Bastian cleaned me up and got me out of the shower. All I could think about was the bond now humming in my chest. Even though I didn’t feel it as strongly as dragons did, I couldn’t help but wonder how it was for him.
“How does it feel?” I asked softly.
He smiled, kissing my shoulder. “Like the best thing ever. I can sense you inside me. You’re part of me, and you’re stuck with me.”
“The horror.” I giggled.
While Bastian and Nix dried me, Orsen made quick work of washing all the blood off himself. It had to be done, but I still had to admit that seeing him feral and growly had been something else.
By the time we made it into the bedroom, Grey had changed the sheets, and we all piled into bed.
Outside, we could still hear the celebration. The horde was elated at Orsen’s win. It was a huge deal that would change North Oak for years to come. It was a daunting prospect, but that was something we would handle as a clan.
Together.
“When was the last time North Oak had a victory like this? Not a challenge per se, but something to celebrate.” I asked sleepily, my head resting on Bastian’s chest.
“Not in our lifetime,” Orsen admitted, reaching out to stroke my arm.
“You’re our good luck charm,” Nix said as he lay down at the bottom of the bed like a puppy, his hand reaching out to hold my thigh.
I snorted. Sleepiness was rapidly descending on me, but I wanted to bask in their presence a little bit longer.
“I would hardly call myself that,” I mumbled, my words already starting to slur as my body demanded rest.
“We would,” Grey countered, leaning over and kissing the top of my head. “We love you. Actually, thinking about it, the last time the horde celebrated was when we let them know we were bringing you home.”
“And I love you. Too damn much.” A chorus of laughter rang out as I descended into sleep. “I expect all of you to cuddle me all night long.”
Each of my mates pressed in tighter, a unanimous, “promise,” ringing out through the room.

“Isuppose it’s time to go face the world outside the bedroom.” Orsen sighed, smirking at me.
“Do we have to?” I grumbled, turning over and snuggling into his chest, refusing to let the sunlight hit my face.
