“Are you feeling okay?” Nolan actually looked concerned.
“Fuck off,” I said throwing a piece of cheese at Nolan and hitting him square in the face.
“I don’t know who she is, but happy looks good on you, brother.”
I swatted Nolan away as he playfully slapped my ass. Keegan and Maeve came bouncing into the kitchen giggling. Keegan pulled herself up to sit on the counter and I turned around presenting her with a fresh cup of coffee.
“Thank you,” she muttered while taking a deep inhale of the steaming liquid.
“Where’s my coffee?” Nolan pointed at Keegan’s mug.
“Get your own coffee dickwad,” I yelled back at him.
“You’re all so mean to me,” he muttered under his breath.
“Yeah. We are,” Aiden said and we all burst into laughter.
I agree, happiness did look good on me.
We were almost halfway through the fall semester which meant that it's application season for law school. Originally, I planned to continue my education at Columbia, but my list slowly morphed into all west coast schools: Stanford, UCLA, UCBerkeley, and CCU.
I initially dreaded when Nolan told me that his dad made the call for my transfer, but after only a few weeks, I find myself happier than I’d ever been. I think it had less to do with the big surf of California and more to do with the petite blonde that found herself in my bed every night this week.
This class was exceptionally boring, much like the rest of my business classes this semester, so I pulled my phone out and opened my messages.
Save me from dying of boredom in class.

Annnnd now I have a boner in class. Thanks.
Tig
I’ve been craving you in my mouth all morning.
You are actually killing me, Tig.
Tig
I’ll be waiting on my knees when you get home.
Good girl.
Keegan and I have spent more time together than apart since the Sigma party. Starting out as best friends really worked out in our favor because no one batted an eye at the sheer amount of time we spent together. While sneaking around was kind of hot, I couldn’t help the feeling that I wanted to be able to kiss her in public so everyone knew that the vibrant, sarcastic, ice queen was mine.
I walked out of my Business Economics class to see Keegan sitting on a bench in the hallway scrolling through her phone. Her hair was pulled into a messy knot on the top of her head and she wore a CCU Cheerleading crewneck with a pair of black athletic leggings and Nike Blazers. My heart jumped at the sight of her.
I stood in front of her and cleared my throat, startling her enough to drop her phone with a yelp, “couldn’t stay away from me?”
She smiled up at me, “hey you.”
