Jackson jerks his hand back. “What the fuck?”

“We’re done.”

“You can’t just cancel it.”

“I absolutely can.”

Blaire plants both fists on her hips. “Excuse me? I’m the judge.”

“Not anymore.”

Her mouth falls open and for one long second, Blaire just stares at him. Then she picks up a balled napkin and throws it directly at his face.

I lose it.

So does James.

Jackson gets the pizza box while Michael is distracted.

And just like that, the contest is back on.

Jackson

“Go get on the bed and spread those legs for me. Ass up.”

We’ve barely made it through the door. I haven’t even locked it behind us yet, but whatever restraint I managed to scrape together through dinner officially ran out somewhere between the elevator and here.

James went home with Blaire and Bennet to play video games with Michael and Joe, which has become their new favorite excuse to steal the kid for a few hours. I barely waited for the door to close behind him before I had Rose heading upstairs with me.

“Yes, sir.”

Fuck.

I stand there for a second watching her because she knows exactly what those two words do to me now. I fucking love the way she submits to me, probably because we both know what a technicality the word submit is where Rosalie is concerned.

She's basically topping from the bottom.

I only have control because she decided I could have it. The second she wants it back, it's hers, no questions asked, and somehow knowing that makes having it even better.

So yeah. I'm going to enjoy myself while it lasts.

“Rose.”

She glances over her shoulder.

There's the smirk. Little shit.

She reaches for the hem of her shirt and deliberately takes her time pulling it over her head before dropping it behind her. I narrow my eyes, but she just keeps walking. A few steps later, another piece of clothing joins the trail.

She knows I'm watching. More importantly, she knows I told her to go to the bedroom, and she's decided that technically moving in that direction while taking as long as humanly possible qualifies as obedience.

“Are you testing me?”

She doesn't even turn around. “I'm doing exactly what you told me to do.”

“Slowly.”

“You didn't specify a speed.”
